Umar Johnson Doesn't Get It...

My, oh my!

I have drawn the conclusion that Umar Johnson doesn't understand how it works to open a school.

For example, reading the following quote from Update 18 from Umar's GoFundMe page:

"Imagine a school, totally financed by Black people without a dime from the government, or reliance on state funding as is the case with charter schools."

Does Umar Johnson really believe he can simply buy a building in any city, hang a shingle out, and start registering students for his school?  Does Umar Johnson really believe that his school will be completely tuition-supported by the parents/guardians of children who come from primarily low-income, single-parent homes?  Does he think that donations alone will cover the costs involved in running a school?

I cannot foresee how this can work, especially over the long term.  There are dozens of laws, regulations, and practical considerations to think about.  Coming up to snuff to be able to open a school will take a lot more than simply acquiring a building.

For instance...

1. I wonder if Umar Johnson knows that every state in the United States requires $1 million dollars in employment insurance (meaning cash on-hand)?
2. I wonder if Umar Johnson knows that employee, parent and student handbooks need to be written?
3. I wonder if Umar Johnson knows that job descriptions, policies and procedures, and salary ranges will have to be determined and documented?
4. I wonder if Umar Johnson knows what it will take to open and run a school library?
5. I wonder if Umar Johnson has done a feasibility study to learn if  his school can be run successfully in any of the cities he's named as possible locations?
6. I wonder if Umar Johnson has even determined what the amount of money parents would have to pay for tuition?

There are so many questions about this alleged school for which these seems to be no solid answers forthcoming.

Umar Johnson seems to be keen on purchasing a building in Detroit, MI.  I wonder if Umar Johnson has done any research on the city of Detroit, its average income, number of school-aged children, or the number of people who may actually consider enrolling their son into a school like the one that Umar is proposing.

Because it appears that Umar's constituency is primarily female, who are single mothers, it might be worthy to note that women's average salary in Detroit is about $16,528 less than the average salary for men.

Median salary in Detroit is $25,980...enough for private school tuition?

It's also very interesting, after Umar has claimed to have raised approximately $700,000 (of which no proof has been shown and is difficult to believe, given that he has had tax liens and back child support), and has had a 501(c)(4) revoked because of his failure to file the appropriate Form 990 for three years in a row, has never documented a curriculum outline by grade level.

And, with his approximately $700,000, according to him, why is he still attempting to get more money using ANOTHER Paypal account?  Remember, when he said that Paypal "sabotaged" him?  Why would Umar Johnson go back to a company which he claimed "sabotaged" him?

Fraudulent...

This PayPal account is fraudulent. He’s not a school psychologist, behavioral therapist, or child therapist. He doesn't have an office or work with schools for those titles, along with proper credentials.  Oh, and what exactly does it mean to be an "Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male"?

1. Does it mean that an Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male never takes responsibility for his  words and actions?
2. Does it mean that an Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male  never have to account for anything he says and does?
3. Does it mean that an Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male abandons the women who give birth to his children?
4. Does it mean that an Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male's lies with utter wantonness?
5. Does it mean that an Unapologetically Afrikan Alpha Male uses and exploits women?

Because that is what I've seen Umar Johnson do...and I don't see how, exactly, is this supposed to help our children?

Further, what real professional refers to himself or herself as King Kong Konsciousness?

Who or what does it mean to be "King Kong Konsciousness"?

My goodness..  I can't believe that people are still giving Umar Johnson money.  He narcissism is out of control.
