When someone opens an abandoned building and claims it's a school without a Certificate of Occupancy(CO) in Wilmington, Delaware, the consequences stack fast and hard.  What the Law Says (plain English) An abandoned building cannot be legally occupied, let alone used as a school. Umar Johnson stays lying and stays scamming. In addition to the ongoing FDMG scam, Umar Johnson, in the video below, says that his personal bank accounts and the FDMG accounts have both been frozen. By the way, why is Umar dressed like a bag of Skittles exploded on him? As a part of my documentation of the saga and scourge in our communities known as "Doctor" Umar Johnson, I listen to others who are knowledgeable in various fields.  King Kong Crazy is one such person.  His career is in the insurance business and I think he is knowledgeable on such matters.
