King Kong Crazy Is Right! And More!

As a part of my documentation of the saga and scourge in our communities known as "Doctor" Umar Johnson, I listen to others who are knowledgeable in various fields.  King Kong Crazy is one such person.  His career is in the insurance business and I think he is knowledgeable on such matters.

While Umar Johnson is on the Breakfast Club claiming that he could get one of the rat-trap, bando buildings ready in three weeks if he had a Black plumber/plumbing company, a Black HVACR technicians/ HVACR company, a Black electrician, etc., to work FOR FREE, he neglected to mention that the properties are on the Vacant Property List in Wilmington, DE.

King Kong Crazy says that in order for trades people such as plumbers and HVAC technicians to even come in and work in the rat-trap, bando buildings, FOR FREE, the property would have to be taken off the vacant property list.

Why?

Because, if property is listed as vacant, there cannot be any insurance placed on the property.

This is critical.  Heaven forbid that someone, who is working FOR FREE, hurt himself or herself while working at the rat-trap, bando buildings.

Who or what entity would assume liability if someone was injured?

I'll wait.

While I'm waiting, I'll look up the entity with the EIN 84-5179390.  Notice that the entity called Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey Leadership Academy has a website listed.  The URL is https://fdmgleadershipacademy.com.  Nevermind that most entities related to education have a top level domain (TLD) name of .edu.  Just try to visit https://fdmgleadershipacademy.com.  Go ahead.  Just try.

Umar Johnson has never discussed provisions for faculty and students for COVID.

I cannot believe that the Breakfast Club is still entertaining this clown.  But then again, if the Breakfast Club only cares about views and clicks, rather than their audience, then, yeah, I believe it.

A Fraction of A Man

Damnitall to hell!  I was just here, minding my own business, progressing and enjoying my life! BUT... I've sat back and watch more of Umar Johnson with his lies, schemes, scams, disrespect, danger, hypocrisy, usury, foolery, fuckery, and disregard of Black people and I'm beyond sickened of what I'm seeing in this goddamned fool who supposedly has six degrees. Oh my God!  Where do I start? Generic Order

Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.
