The Umar Johnson sector has gotten even crazier and I didn't think that was possible.  Too crazy for me. My goal is, and has always been, to bring awareness to Umar Johnson and his scams.  I have been doing this on and off for the better part of 10 years.  I was trying to write the news not be the news. When someone opens an abandoned building and claims it's a school without a Certificate of Occupancy(CO) in Wilmington, Delaware, the consequences stack fast and hard.  What the Law Says (plain English) An abandoned building cannot be legally occupied, let alone used as a school. I don't know about you, but if I lived near the so-called FDMG buildings in Wilmington, DE, I would be quite concerned. Why? For one thing, children have found their way into the abandoned buildings and the buildings are unsafe for a variety of reasons.  No one , especially children, should be in those buildings.  Anyone with a brain cell that functions can see that.
