When someone opens an abandoned building and claims it's a school without a Certificate of Occupancy(CO) in Wilmington, Delaware, the consequences stack fast and hard.  What the Law Says (plain English) An abandoned building cannot be legally occupied, let alone used as a school. No CO = the building  is   legally unsafe  and  unapproved for human use , especially children. Calling it a "school" does not change that.  It actually makes it worse. Immediate Consequences 1. It's my most sincere wish that actors, celebrities, professional athletes, or former professional athletes, and politicians would not respond to Umar Johnson when he attempts to provoke them into engaging with him. I don't know about you, but if I lived near the so-called FDMG buildings in Wilmington, DE, I would be quite concerned. Why? For one thing, children have found their way into the abandoned buildings and the buildings are unsafe for a variety of reasons.  No one , especially children, should be in those buildings.  Anyone with a brain cell that functions can see that. I had the opportunity to visit what I have named, in my mind at least, The Church of Last Call .  My first visit is when I came across the video shown below.
