Believe it or not, TrueBlackAnonymous is in communication with other Anti Fraud Warriors.  I've spoken with at least three or four of my fellow Anti Fraud Warriors on the telephone.  They are cool, smart, funny, nice and genuine people.  I enjoy their conversation.  They make me laugh and think and anyone who can do that are my kind of people. Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a wanna be techno-geek, as it were.  I find technology fascinating.  I have taken classes related to coding and networking.  I'm always interested in learning more. Now, like most things in this life and world, there are positives and negatives to everything, including technology. Umar Johnson has literally made a "career" from lying and begging.  Yes, folks, lying and begging!  Who would have thought that lying and begging was actually a career choice?
