Umar the Illegal Grinch

"Umar is a complete fool, running off at the mouth as usual. First of all, he doesn't have the address nor the name right. This is the site of former charter school Academy of Southfield located in Southfield, MI. The original school was a public school called McKinley School and it is located at 18330 George Washington Drive, not "Carver Drive."

"Secondly, this property isn't Black owned. It is owned by a nonprofit whose Board of directors is comprised of white politicians that run Southfield. There is one Black woman on the board from what I can tell, but the mayor, who is white, is president of the board of the org that owns this property - if that's any indication. Lastly, this property has already been purchased and I doubt that the owners are going to sell to Umar for less than $1,000,000 when it costed $3,000,000 to renovate the property. It's historic and is pretty valuable. It's going to be converted into housing."

"So basically, Umar is trespassing on someone else's property when just a few days ago, he was whining about Monty Woodgrain doing the same thing. "In Southfield, Mayor Ken Siver said there are plans to restore two defunct school buildings and convert them into residential units. One is the former McKinley school built in 1929 on George Washington Drive. Siver is board president of the nonprofit Southfield Nonprofit Housing Corporation, which purchased the vacant building from a former charter school operator last fall. The plan is to convert it to senior housing as part of a project expected to cost more than $21 million."

So, we find Umar Johnson in Southfield, MI, on a property that isn't for sale, and is owned by a non-profit.  Yet, he is recording himself on the property, acting like he can purchase this property.

He claims he has $500,000 to put down on this property, yet he's begging for donations to renovate the property in Wilmington, DE.  And he's on this property in Southfield, and about 7 minutes into the video above, he asks for donations.  

Umar is stupid.  He's so stupid that he doesn't seem to know or care that the property in Southfield, MI is owned by a non-profit called Southfield Nonprofit Housing Corporation.  This non-profit has a Board of Directors.  The chairperson of the Board of Directors is none other than the Mayor of Southfield, MI, Mr. Ken Siver.  This property is, according to Detroit News, slated to be turned into senior citizen housing.

Perhaps, Mr. Siver doesn't know that the Illegal Grinch, Umar Johnson, is on the property, which isn't for sale, acting like he wants to buy it, and asking for donations.

That seems illegal to me.

And it seems like Umar Johnson is messing with the wrong ones.
