Generic Order
Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years. He has many generic orders. So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support.
Here it is, as best as I could determine.
And, thanks to donations that people are sending in because of the idea of a school, thanks to Umar going from city to city town to town, country to country to do "lectures" and "seminars," he is likely getting cash, checks or money orders in hand.
And don't forget the GoFundMe account, the PayPal account, and now the CashApp, in addition to those who were sending money orders and checks sent to post office boxes.
While he has generic orders for child support, and as for as the child support court is concerned, has no discernible income, Umar Johnson is flying all over the world, showing how he's flying first class to Korea, bragging about his frequent flyer miles on a particular airline, taking baths in Japan, playing with monkeys in Ghana, visiting Holland, not to mention the United Kingdom, flying throughout the Caribbean, and throughout the United States.
Meanwhile, he is under generic order with the child support court because, as far as the court can determine, he has no discernible income.
AND...Umar Johnson has the audacity to criticize Byron Allen because he has a white wife. Although I don't know a lot about Byron Allen, it appears that Byron Allen is taking care of his responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Umar is living off donations for a so-called school that will never exist, traveling all over the world on the money donated for a school, lying and flying, ducking and dodging, sticking and moving, laying in bed making videos while calling other Black people lazy, taking Japanese baths, playing with monkeys, threatening to slap the shit out of people who tell the truth about him, and goodness knows what else while ducking and dodging child support.

Here it is, as best as I could determine.
In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation.So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay. And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.

This is disgusting! I do not see how anyone can look in the mirror and have so many grandiose self titles for themselves... when they have not even fulfilled the primary responsibility of a man.... TAKING CARE OF YOUR CHILDREN WHO YOU BROUGHT INTO THIS WORLD.... I have absolutely NO respect for any person like this. He is more concerned about what color dashiki he should wear to a lecture, than if his kids have warm coats to put on their backs. I don't hate Umar but I definitely despise him and any other man like him.
ReplyDeletePlease go check out the Facebook Page of Albert L. Polk IV. The live took place on 12/27/2019. Mr. Polk was the reason the Florida event was cancelled and rightfully so. Umar could not take a man not backing down.
