The unmitigated gall of this troglodyte , who calls himself "Doctor" Umar Johnson, to claim that he is so great, so mighty, so wonderful that he has to: Ask a woman to submit a "wifey resume" for the mere "opportunity" to "date" him and possibly marry him. Think that he has the right to dictate to women how to wear their hair. Look at Umar Johnson.  Just look at him.  He's had over $1 million dollars of "donations" for a school, for which he has never given an account.  Yet, he has no home, no office, no car.  He can't even keep an apartment.  And when he had an apartment, he couldn't keep it clean.  All he has is a couple of abandoned, hazmat, traphouse buildings, with no electricity and a building that has a hole in the roof which is in danger of being demolished. Yes indeed, Folks!  The City of Wilmington, DE is looking for Umar Johnson.  Or at least, I'd be willing to bet money that the City of Wilmington, DE is looking for him. Why? He's holding up progress. TrueBlackAnonymous is in possession of an 85-page document, titled Northeast Brandywine Riverfront US EPA Brownfields Area-Wide Plan, Wilmington, Delaware, dated March 26, 2019, outlining the preliminary plans that the City of Wilmington had for the Brandywine area.  This area includes the location of the former Moyer school property. This is significant because the (alleged) owner of the former Moyer school property is Umar Johnson. He wants those donations! Note what the document says, in part, about the former Moyer property. In mid-March of 2019, it came to the attention of the City that the ownership of this site recently changed.  Due to this recent property transfer coordination with the property new owner is not reflected as part of the Wide Area Plan.  No commun
