Oh, Yes, They Lookin' for Umar Johnson!
Yes indeed, Folks! The City of Wilmington, DE is looking for Umar Johnson. Or at least, I'd be willing to bet money that the City of Wilmington, DE is looking for him.
Why?
He's holding up progress.
TrueBlackAnonymous is in possession of an 85-page document, titled Northeast Brandywine Riverfront US EPA Brownfields Area-Wide Plan, Wilmington, Delaware, dated March 26, 2019, outlining the preliminary plans that the City of Wilmington had for the Brandywine area. This area includes the location of the former Moyer school property.
This is significant because the (alleged) owner of the former Moyer school property is Umar Johnson.

Note what the document says, in part, about the former Moyer property.
In mid-March of 2019, it came to the attention of the City that the ownership of this site recently changed. Due to this recent property transfer coordination with the property new owner is not reflected as part of the Wide Area Plan. No communication with the new property owner has occurred regarding their intentions and no formal plans have been submitted to the City for the property.
The report also states that the former Moyer school property was slated to be demolished and given to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wilmington, DE for their use as an outdoor recreation facility.
Further, the document states, in regards to the former Moyer school property.
Evaluations of the building for asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint should be performed as part of any planned demolition of existing buildings.
So...
This plan would explain why Umar Johnson's head is on a swivel every time he's at the rat-trap, hazmat, traphouse buildings in Wilmington, DE, that are slated for DEMOLITION.
He knows that officials from the City of Wilmington, DE are looking for him because they need him to explain some things. They need him to document some things. They need him to pay taxes. They need him to keep the grass cut. They need him to submit his plans for the property.
After all, Umar Johnson is holding up progress for the re-development of this community.

Besides, if the rat-trap, hazmat, traphouse buildings have lead paint and asbestos, there is no way he can rectify that with money from donations alone. And even if there's no lead paint and/or asbestos, donations alone isn't going to pay for all the repairs and renovations needed to make those rat-trap, hazmat, traphouse buildings functional. Making those buildings functional is a multi-million dollar project and Umar Johnson knows this. This is how he thinks that he can string donors alone indefinitely.
Those buildings will never be functional, because, and we all know this, Umar Johnson himself isn't functional and he's not ever going to make/build/create a functional property for a school.
