As a part of my documentation of the saga and scourge in our communities known as "Doctor" Umar Johnson, I listen to others who are knowledgeable in various fields.  King Kong Crazy is one such person.  His career is in the insurance business and I think he is knowledgeable on such matters. While Umar Johnson is on the Breakfast Club claiming that he could get one of the rat-trap, bando buildings ready in three weeks if he had a Black plumber/plumbing company, a Black HVACR technicians/ HVACR company, a Black electrician, etc., to work FOR FREE, he neglected to mention that the properties are on the Vacant Property List in Wilmington, DE. Vacant Property List searched 4/28/2021 King Kong Crazy says that in order for trades people such as plumbers and HVAC technicians to even come in and work in the rat-trap, bando buildings, FOR FREE, the property would have to be taken off the vacant property list.
