What's Wrong with You, Umar?

Umar Johnson has a problem.  Actually, Umar Johnson has several problems.  And, as always, he did it to himself.

What are Umar's current problems.  Well, where do we start?

The Kobe Bryant "Conspiracy"

Umar Johnson got on social media and spouted his kooky conspiracy theory about the death of Kobe Bryant, his second oldest daughter, and the other souls who were lost in a helicopter crash.  He got roasted on social media for this as it was incorrect, disrespectful, and clearly an attempt to tug on people's emotions for Kobe Bryant and then ask for "donations."

Umar was rightfully called out for this foolishness.

Umar's "Goonie Goons"

Umar Johnson actually got on social media and issued threats on the following people.

Anti Afro Svengalis
Lenon Honor (Umar calls him Lee-Nore Honor)
Dr. William Clay
Rev. Gerald Palmer (Umar calls him Rev. Girl Palmer*)
Mukasa Afrika
Monty Woodgrain (Umar calls him Down's syndrome, Lemonhead, and Garbage Pail Kid*)

Because, you see, that's what a doctor of clinical psychology, who is also an *expert in conflict resolution, a therapist, and a school psychologist does.

Why did he do this?

Because we are calling into questions his credentials, calling him out on the strange/weird/inappropriate things he says and does, refuses to answer questions about the money he's collected for the phantom school, and yes, try to get his speaking gigs shut down, especially on K-12 and college campuses.  Let's face it, Umar Johnson has never been transparent about his degrees, the money, his credentials, or anything else.

Umar Johnson was roasted on social media, and rightly so.

Ungrateful Clown

Umar Johnson even made it to World Star Hip Hop by denigrating someone who gave him her last $10 because next time it should be $20, showing himself waving around, of all things, a Red Lobster gift card, and envelopes talking about "donations, donations, donations."

Those young folks at World Star Hip Hop completely clowned him.  And as far as I'm concerned, that's what he gets.

Lying on the City of Wilmington

Umar Johnson got on social media and outright lied on the City of Wilmington by pretending that the City of Wilmington wrote him a letter indicating that the city gave FDMG non-profit status.

He did this in hopes that people will donate (remember, it's tax season) to his phantom school  by leading them to believe they will get some sort of tax write-off for the donation.

There needs to be a comeuppance for this because this is actually illegal.

Tax and Charity Fraud

Going public with a lie like what is described in the previous section is against the law and constitutes tax fraud and charity fraud as our good sister and brother, E&J from Let's Get Into It With E&J indicates.

Has Umar Johnson hung himself?

Umar Johnson has:

1. Falsified a government document
2. Solicited donations under false pretenses
3. Accepted gifts and donations with no accountability to the IRS
4. Falsified documents in an attempt to avoid paying taxes
5. Represented his property fraudulently as non-profit and tax exempt
6. Attempted to defraud the public

Keep in mind that Umar Johnson has no application for accreditation submitted to the Delaware Department of Education.  Please see the text below from an email I received on July 1, 2019.

Mail Fraud

Umar Johnson is actually committing mail fraud by asking people to mail in "donations" for a phantom school to an organization that doesn't legally exist and has no non-profit status.  In case someone doesn't know, FDMG lost its non-profit status because of a failure to report what's happened to the "donations" for three years in a row.
