TrueBlackAnonymous isn't here to debate the worth of Starbucks closing its stores to do unconscious bias training.  That is not the point of this post.  I do want to acknowledge the sister Rosalind Brewer , who is the Chief Operating Officer at Starbucks. The point of this post is to show, once again, Umar Johnson's erractic behavior. Here we go! Of course, Umar Johnson has to publicly massage his own ego to the nth degree, So he calls himself, and I quote, "Black America's Number One School Psychologist of ALL TIME." Yes, I said it was a quote. Oh, by the way, Umar is the Number One Garveyite and also known as Realmonger.  And, in case you didn't know, Umar is from the Shoemake "dynasty." It's official, as far as we're concerned.  Umar Johnson is out in the weeds, figuratively speaking. Umar had a successful 4-plus year scam of a promise and an idea of a school. Remember the school? Remember Umar was asking for donations and resumes (I suspect for information gathering purposes) for a school that never came to fruition. He has never accounted to the people where the $700,000 of money went.  Keep in mind I'm saying $700,000 because Umar said it.  No one, except Umar and possibly Anne McMillon, knows how much money was collected for the non-existent, invisible school.  There was no public documentation to verify what Umar said. Then Umar tried to float the idea of his going to law school and he was going to get you all to pay for it . When Umar Johnson resigned from his position as a school psychologist at the Mathematics, Civics and Sciences Charter School of Philadelphia, PA, whether by choice or by force, he gave up a lot of money. According to Indeed.com, the average salary for a school psychologist in Pennsylvania is $61,153 per year .  According to www1.salary.com , the median hourly wage for a school psychologist is $41 per hour.  The same website, www1.salary.com , says that psychologists in Philadelphia, PA, with Master's degrees can earn $92,122 a year.  If Umar was getting paid for 10 hours a week at the median rate of $410 per week, or about $1640 a month.   That's a significant amount of money.   I'm willing to bet that most of the people who donated to Umar don't make $1640 for 40 hours a month of work -- that is if he was actually there to work.  Some people who work 40+ hours a week don't make this much money.  This isn't even counting how much money he gets for his sp

I once heard someone say that fear is false evidence appearing real. Umar Johnson thinks his game is tight.  However, those of us who are thinking, who research, who ask questions and otherwise listen to their gut knows, and knew for a long time that something wasn't right. But, believe it or not, I've been researching Jim Jones (not the rapper) and The People's Temple.  The techniques used by Jim Jones are eerily similar to the techniques used by Umar Johnson.  One of the things that I learned, or was reminded of, as I researched is that Jim Jones often made people sign blank pieces of paper.  Check this out. I feel so stupid.  I really do.  I feel stupid because I've been reduced to playing a game similar to a game I used to play with my little brother.  That game was called "Where's Waldo?" After listening to recent videos from our good sister, Anti Afro Svengalis , the only phrase that jumps in my head regarding Umar Johnson is "he got game." Yeah...his indoctrination game must be tight...at least to the people who actually listen to him and take him seriously. You know, I'm going to tell the truth. Here it go! I don't think Umar Johnson is terribly bright.  I don't.  I think he is a good talker.  I think he can make stuff sound good, tempting, and logical.  I think he would be a great salesperson. I just don't think that Umar is the sharpest knife in the drawer. Sorry, not sorry. Being smart is not just making a bunch of mumbo-jumbo sprinkled with facts sound good.  It takes a sense of awareness to be consistent with the verbal and behavioral expression of what you say you believe. Moment of Cluelessness Number 1 Umar Johnson was on the Roland Martin show talking about how he can't respect a Black men who is not committed to a Black woman.
