The purpose of this blog is to help move the pimp preachers and hotep hustlers, like Umar Johnson, out of the way so we can get down to the business we need to get to for our people. Umar Johnson is a cancer in our community as related to African-centered education, male-female relationships, and areas around mental health for children and adults. He's taking advantage of the most vulnerable of our people for monetary gain. The creator of this blog is doing his/her part to stop him.
The previous name of the blog was "Who is Umar Johnson? Savior? Fraud? Narcissist?" I decided to change the name of the blog to "Umar Johnson -- Exposed." At this point, I don't believe it is a question that Umar Johnson is a fraud. I believe the blog answers the question.
After at least four years of collecting donation money for a school for which he has never shown any documentation, a business plan, a financial statement, a sketch, a floor plan, or a curriculum outline, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud. In addition, Umar Johnson has said himself that he's collected over 5,000 resumes for jobs at his invisible school. However, I and other Anti Fraud Warriors have yet to see a job description.
After repeatedly being asked, and never showing, proof of the six degrees he bragged about to various Black communities all over the world, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
After not naming a team who is working with him to bring the still non-existent school to fruition, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
After having a 501(c)(4) status revoked by the IRS, after not reporting what he's done with donation money for three years in a row, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
After claiming to be related to Frederick Douglass, without showing any proof such as census records, marriage licenses, birth certificates, or slave records; even after statements from the verified family members of Frederick Douglass; after name-calling his so-called cousins; and finally after Jamal Johnson taking a DNA test proving that there is no biological relationship between himself, and therefore his son, and verified members of the Bailey/Douglass family, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
After behaving in ways that are clearly not in accordance to HIPAA laws and professional ethical standards, of which the examples are many, it seems obvious that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
And lastly, after being caught in one lie after another, time and time again, of which the examples are plentiful, it seems that Umar Johnson is a fraud.
The real question is this: What are we going to do about it?
