Are You Concerned?

I don't know about you, but if I lived near the so-called FDMG buildings in Wilmington, DE, I would be quite concerned.

Why?

For one thing, children have found their way into the abandoned buildings and the buildings are unsafe for a variety of reasons.  No one, especially children, should be in those buildings.




 Anyone with a brain cell that functions can see that.

If Umar Johnson, under the FDMG banner, owns those buildings or has the responsibility for those buildings, it would make send to me that it is Umar Johnson's responsibility to make sure that no unauthorized persons, especially children, should be in those buildings.

If this concerns you, you can contact the City  of Wilmington, DE to report nuisance properties.  Click here for the information including how to contact the city.

A 311 call is a non-emergency call to a local government's service line to report problems, get information, or request services.

If you want, you can call 311, if you live in Wilmington, DE to report FDMG as a nuisance property.  If you live outside of Wilmington, DE, you can call (302)576-2620.  The office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 7:30 PM, Eastern time.

One other thing to be concerned with is that Umar Johnson had people in those buildings when water was leaking and someone pointed out black mold.  Umar's solution to addressing the black mold is to "wipe it off."




Further Umar Johnson had people painting a wooden door, that likely has mold on it.

The Dunning-Kruger Effect

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people with limited competence in a particular domain overestimate their abilities.  It was first described by the psychologists David Dunning and Just Kruger in 1999.
