Does anyone remember this person, who I actually found to be quite an odd character, Dempsey Spears, also known as D Derell?

It appears that Mr. Spears has been arrested on charges involving a $4 million Medicare fraud and identity theft scheme.

These are federal charges.

This is the same Dempsey Spears/D Derell who attempted to dox me.
This is the same Dempsey Spears/D Derell who was the so-called leader of the "Good Guys," a group of Umar Johnson sycophants.
This is the same Dempsey Spears/D Derell who tried to tell people who and what they are allowed to have an opinion about. 
This is the same Dempsey Spears/D Derell who coordinated with others to lie on Lenon Honor, and others, on behalf of Umar Johnson.

As I have said before, Dempsey Spears/D Derell, you gonna learn.  And it appears you have.
