Risking It All For Umar Johnson? Why?
Nelson Nobles, D Derell aka Dempsey Spears, and Ron Handy are three gentlemen, who may or may not know each other. Whether they know each other or not, they seem to have something in common.
Umar Johnson.
Okay, let me be more specific. Mr. Nobles, Mr. Spears, and Mr. Handy have been damaged, could be damaged, or could potentially be damaged by Umar Johnson.
And guess what? Umar Johnson doesn't give a damn.
In other words, you see, in Umar-land, Umar Johnson is not to be disagreed with, challenged, or questioned. But since he's a coward, Umar Johnson asked those who were listening, who were actually victims of Umar Johnson themselves, to tell the person who was disagreeing to stop interrupting "Doctor" Umar Johnson's teleconference sessions.
This unfortunate individual, Nelson Nobles, actually followed Umar Johnson's ridiculous directive. Further, he called the number that Umar Johnson posted on his social media. Posting people's telephone numbers, addresses, etc., without consent, for the purposes of putting them in harm's way is called doxing and is illegal. Not to mention the fact that this behavior is quite reckless. After all, who knows about the mental stability of those on these teleconferences or who is on the Internet, listening and watching?
Well, because Mr. Nobles had the unfortunate disposition to follow Umar Johnson's unethical directive. Moreover, Mr. Nobles had the audacity to record his insulting tirade on the victim's voicemail.
Further, the victim of Mr. Nobles nasty and vile tirade found out where Mr. Nobles worked. He was a teaching assistant in Fairfax County, Virginia Public Schools. As a result of his employer learning of his behavior, Mr. Nobles lost his job.
Guess what Umar Johnson did? He kept it moving. Umar Johnson doesn't give a damn about Nelson Nobles, or anyone else for that matter.
Why?
Who knows? However, I'm willing to guess that Mr. Spears has donated to Umar Johnson's invisible school more than once and can't admit to himself that he made a mistake in trusting Umar Johnson. So instead, Mr. Spears, rather than admit to himself that he misjudged Umar Johnson, demand his money back, or even simply walk away from Umar Johnson, decided to double down.
Wow.
What's more, Mr. Spears seems to think he has the right to tell people whether or not they can have an opinion on any topic, including Umar Johnson. He thinks that anyone who thinks Umar Johnson is full of shit are uneducated, don't have property, don't own anything, don't know how to balance a checkbook, don't know anything about business, and don't even have a bank account...and want to continue to bankroll white supremacy.
Well, now that is a lot of assuming. And one doesn't need a Master's degree in business administration in order to read, ask questions, or just plain use their common sense.
By the way, Mr. Spears is a Licensed Professional Counselor. If one looks at the profile of Mr. Dempsey Spears on Psychology Today's website, as pictured below, one will see that Mr. Spears, in his position as a licensed professional counselor, accepts payments from, among others, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare. I'm willing to bet that none of these organizations have been founded by or run by a majority of Black or non-white folks.
Yet, Dempsey Spears so against white supremacy? Really?
I have, via chat on YouTube, asked Mr. Spears if he thinks Umar Johnson is worth risking his professional reputation. I have asked Mr. Spears if he thinks it's wise to record, and post on YouTube, audio and video of himself name-calling people. I have asked him if he agrees with Umar Johnson that some of our people need to be killed because they don't agree with him or those he deemed "unreachable."
Well...here is another recent video of Mr. Spears. Just take a listen.
However, Mr. Spears decides to triple down on the Umar Johnson bullshit, which is unbelievable to me, given his position. Please take note, at approximately the 7:40 mark, Mr. Spears speaks as if Umar Johnson claiming some of our people need to be killed in order for us to progress is no big deal. And, those of us who disagree with that assessment are just being stupid. In other words, Mr. Spears is trying to minimize the seriousness and severity of what Umar Johnson said because he's too busy being Umar Johnson's spokesmodel.
Unbelievable.
To quote Mr. Spears, at about the 9:28 mark:
And at about the 9:52 mark, Mr. Spears says.
The irony is that all the degrees Mr. Dempsey thinks we're intimidated by were obtained by him under this current system.
Today, I looked up Mr. Dempsey Spears on the Psychology Today. I notice his listing is no longer there. Now I don't know what happened, but it could be that Psychology Today is no longer interested in licensed professional counselors who advocate murder and who brag about donating money to, and agreeing with, those who advocate murder, not to mention recording himself calling people names.
Since Umar Johnson's school will very likely never come to fruition, Mr. Spears will probably not be able to get a job there.
Somehow, Mr. Handy got caught up in Umar Johnson's mess and even was seen in Umar Johnson's "tour" video.
Poor man.
I don't personally know Mr. Handy. I think he believes that Umar Johnson means well and is doing good things. Of course, we know he's not. This makes me wonder if Mr. Handy really researched Umar Johnson thoroughly. If he did, I wonder:
Mr. Handy, you seem to be a decent man. I don't want to see you go the way of Dempsey Spears and Nelson Nobles. It's my recommendation that you save yourself, if you can, and get far, far away from the plague in our communities known as Umar Johnson.
Because Umar Johnson doesn't care about you.

Nelson Nobles
Umar Johnson was conducting one of his so-called teleconference sessions. Someone disagreed with something that Umar Johnson said. So, Umar Johnson, as those of you who read this blog and/or observe Umar Johnson's behaviors, know that he cannot stand the idea that someone may have a different idea, view or opinion and have the temerity to express it.In other words, you see, in Umar-land, Umar Johnson is not to be disagreed with, challenged, or questioned. But since he's a coward, Umar Johnson asked those who were listening, who were actually victims of Umar Johnson themselves, to tell the person who was disagreeing to stop interrupting "Doctor" Umar Johnson's teleconference sessions.

Dempsey Spears, otherwise known as D. Derell on YouTube, decided that he wanted to be Umar Johnson's spokesmodel. Why?

I don't see anything wrong with what he said.
So, yes, if ten percent have to go, then ten percent have to go. That's including Pookie and Ray-Ray, coons, anybody that wants to keep things the way they are.The irony is that, the way things are, according to Mr. Spears himself, he has a business for which he's getting paid good money from Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, United Health Care, and other organizations that exist in our current system. So, he's actually benefiting from things the way they are.

Ron Handy
Mr. Ron Handy is a program director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware. From their website, it looks like Mr. Handy contributes to the community by leading and participating in many positive efforts and activities.Somehow, Mr.
- Umar Johnson has called Black women who are victims of sexual assault, incest, and sexual molestation as suffering from "THOT-ish Personality Disorder." Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this assessment?
- Umar Johnson has claimed that he is building a school for Black boys. It is said that he has acquired a building in Wilmington, DE, specifically at 610 East 17th Street. He has said that 10% of Black boys, whom Umar Johnson has deemed "unreachable," need to be murdered. Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this assessment?
- Umar Johnson has called Black people, and their children, lazy and trifling. Mr. Handy, do you support and/or agree with this assessment?
- Umar Johnson has called Black women COINTEL-HOEs, pigs and maggots. Mr. Handy, do you support and/or agree with this behavior?
- Umar Johnson has said that some Black people's children "niglets." Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this assessment?
- Umar Johnson calls Black people "ninjas" in his supposedly professional communication via social media. "Ninja" is urban slang for the "nigger." Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this assessment?
- Umar Johnson has repeated put people in harm's way, via a practice called "doxing." Some of the people he has potentially put in harm's way include his own daughter, his daughter's mother, and his daughter's grandmother. Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this behavior?
- Umar Johnson has often doxed people who question him or are critical of his activities. He's posted pictures of people who aren't even the people he's attacking for merely questioning him or disagreeing with him. Some of the pictures he's posted are of people who don't know who he is. It is believed that he does this in order to incite others to attack those who question him or disagree with him. This is, at minimum, is reckless. At maximum, this is highly dangerous. Mr. Handy, do you agree and/or support this behavior?
