Umar Johnson's Supporters Are The Problem
Yes, I said it.
At this stage of this whole Umar Johnson FDMG school nonsense, I'm willing to say that anyone who is sending Umar Johnson money, having Umar Johnson on Internet radio platforms, inviting him to do speaking engagements/hyena yelps, co-signing his bullshit, or at least not challenging him, then YOU are the problem.
It pains me to say it because in all honesty, you all are victims of Umar Johnson and his scams. So it's not a good thing to insult people who are victims. On the other hand, there is so much evidence of Umar Johnson is either scamming people, so much evidence to suggest that he has mental health issues, so much evidence that he can't handle what he claims he's trying to do, or any combination of the above, I really can't understand how folks don't see it.
When Umar Johnson can't pay the water and sewer bills at the location in Wilmington, DE, which is within one mile of 25 brown fields, wouldn't even the most dedicated Umar Johnson supporter wonder how he's going to pay staff, insurance, and property taxes?
By the way, the property tax bill last year for this property was approximately $58,000 and it's due this August.
What does the Umar Johnson supporter think when they see Umar Johnson in videos, laying in bed, begging for money (while he calls Black folks and their children lazy...the irony) and flirting with the women who call in. Now some will say that the women are flirting with him and perhaps they are. However, if Umar Johnson is the professional he claims to be with his six degrees, he should know how to handle himself in those situations.
He doesn't. And it doesn't even appear that he cares to.
Umar Johnson has people doing a tour of the so-called FDMG school with no electricity with trash and debris everywhere. They shouted at us to donate. It's sad. I'm sorry to say that most of these folks are victims themselves to Umar Johnson and his fraud, schemes and scams.
Umar Johnson, as it's been said time and again, he has no team, no business plan (other than begging for money, time, and labor), and no curriculum that any reasonable person would think is realistic. Dirt bike clubs? Trips to Africa? Horse farms? Teaching children to fly helicopters? Teaching children to navigate ships? Giving a child a gun? Teachers with no certification?
Come on now!
ONE MORE TIME: In addition to the fact that some of this stuff is illegal, donations alone aren't going to get this done. One doesn't need six degrees to figure this out. Anyone with garden variety common sense would know this.
Don't even get me started on his claiming that he'll openly discriminate against anyone who is dating, married to, having sex with or has a child by a person of another race. Don't even get me started on his standard that female teachers have natural hairstyles. Don't get me started on his openly saying that he will discriminate against LBGT folk. ALL OF THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.
Now the question is, why isn't anyone challenging Umar Johnson, save our trusty Anti Fraud Warriors? I'm talking about someone who can go toe-to-toe with him physically. And although I think I'm a smart woman, I personally don't think this is a job for a woman.
Why?
Well, I've heard of an instance in which a woman who was attending one of his speaking engagements actually asked Umar Johnson for answers to specific and logical questions regarding the FDMG school. It was said that Umar Johnson became loud and physically intimidating toward the female questioner. That is disturbing enough. But what's more disturbing is that it was said that none of the males around attempted to stop Umar's behavior.
So, for that reason alone, it will be up to the men in our communities who has to confront Umar Johnson and putt a stop to this nonsense. However, it seems that, by and large, they won't do what needs to be done. So we need the appropriate legal agencies to get involved.
After all, we need to be realistic. According to the video above, Umar Johnson, since acquiring this property, has over $2,000 in past due utility bills.
Interesting.
Now, someone with a business plan would have certainly anticipated that utility bills would be forthcoming and would have worked with a team member who specialized in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping and/or finance to work out how these small bills are going to be paid. Someone with a business plan would anticipate that property taxes will have to be paid. Let's not even talk about the staffing costs, the insurance costs, the maintenance costs...and on it goes.
ONCE AGAIN: Donations alone isn't going to get this done. Yet, Umar Johnson continues to beg for donations because he's not trying to build a school.
He's continuing to scam people out of money and if you are continuing to support this foolishness, then YOU are the problem.
