Can't Log In...Can't Believe Him
Umar Johnson stays lying and stays scamming.
In addition to the ongoing FDMG scam, Umar Johnson, in the video below, says that his personal bank accounts and the FDMG accounts have both been frozen.
By the way, why is Umar dressed like a bag of Skittles exploded on him?
I will confess to something here. I am so sick and tired of Umar Johnson and his lying. It's exhausting to try to keep up with it all.
But here goes.
Umar says he received a text message from one of his homies who needed to borrow some money from Umar. But, didn't Umar Johnson say he doesn't have any friends?
Anyways...according to Umar, when he called the bank, they told him that they had no record of his account. This is the same bank Umar claims he has been using since he was a teenager.
Interesting.
Umar says the bank told him that the accounts were frozen due to an investigation based on fraudulent activity. But wait, if there is no record of the account(s), what are they investigating?
Then he goes on to say that someone has been trying to gain access to his personal account and the FDMG account.
So, let's see what we have so far.
- Umar's accounts have been frozen.
- The bank has no record of the accounts that have been frozen
- The bank is investigating the non-existent, yet frozen, accounts
- The bank says that there were others who were attempting to gain access to these non-existent, frozen accounts
- He implicates Lenon Honor and Lenae Stacks who are attempting to get money from non-existent accounts, which I absolutely do not believe for one moment.
Do you see why Umar Johnson is exhausting?
Anyone who has had the experience of having their bank accounts tampered with knows that the bank alerts you to this, moves your money to new account(s), cancels your debit/credit cards, and sends you new cards, as needed.
So, we know from the get-go that Umar Johnson is lying.
Now, why would these accounts be frozen? Hell, I don't know. I don't know if Umar Johnson is even telling the truth. We all know, at this point, Umar's relationship with the truth is rather sketchy, at best.
However, I can think, just off the top of my head, why bank accounts would be frozen. Federal agencies can freeze bank accounts, including the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and/or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Based on what I think, I visited the Google machine and asked Gemini if what I was thinking was true. What I found is below.
According to Google Gemini, The FBI can freeze your bank accounts, under specific circumstances, usually involving financial crimes and asset forfeiture, for:
- Probable cause for criminal activity. If the FBI has probable cause to believe your bank account contains the proceeds of a crime or funds involved in criminal activity (like drug trafficking, money laundering, fraud, or other federal offenses). They need to obtain a court order or warrant from a judge to freeze the account. This is often part of a larger federal forfeiture process, which aims to seize assets connected to illegal activities.
- Types of forfeiture, includes Criminal forfeiture. This occurs after a criminal conviction and requires proving the property's link to the crime beyond a reasonable doubt AND/OR Civil judicial forfeiture. This does not require a criminal conviction and involves filing a lawsuit against the property itself, alleging a connection to criminal activity. Administrative forfeiture allows seizing property without a court order if the value is below a certain threshold or it's considered contraband, according to the FBI.
- Suspicious activity reports (SARs). Banks are required to file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with the federal government when they detect unusual transactions or behavior that may be linked to criminal activity. While an SAR alone might not directly lead to an FBI freeze, it can trigger an investigation that could eventually result in a court-ordered account freeze. According to the House Judiciary Committee Republicans, there are instances where the FBI provides banks with names of individuals they consider "suspicious", potentially encouraging the filing of SARs and access to financial data without legal process.
- Other circumstances. Tax fraud or unpaid taxes: The IRS (often in partnership with the FBI) can seek account freezes to address tax evasion or failure to pay taxes. Structuring: Depositing amounts just under $10,000 to avoid Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) can be a red flag for law enforcement and lead to forfeiture actions.
According the Google Gemini, The IRS can freeze your bank accounts, known as a bank levy, for:
- Unpaid taxes and unresolved debt. Basically, if you owe the IRS and haven't made payment arrangements, the IRS can freeze your bank accounts
- Failure to respond to notices. If you have received notices from the IRS and have not responded, the IRS can freeze your bank accounts
- Significant tax debt and non-compliance. If you owe a LOT of money and you've failed to keep your payment arrangement
- Final Notice of Intent to Levy and Notice of Your Right to a Hearing. If you have received a Final Notice of Intent to Levy and you failed to appear to a hearing, they will freeze your account in 30 days after the hearing date.

I also wonder if Umar Johnson's alleged payment he could be receiving to care for his mother has been cut off or suspended due to investigation of the living conditions and/or people living there that aren't supposed to be there.
The Housing Authority can investigate living conditions under several circumstances, primarily to ensure safe, sanitary, and non-discriminatory housing for tenants, especially those receiving housing assistance.
Here's a breakdown of the key situations that can trigger a Housing Authority investigation:
- Discrimination Complaints: If a tenant or prospective tenant believes they are facing discrimination in housing due to their race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability, they can file a complaint with HUD's Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) office or a fair housing agency. FHEO and other agencies investigate these allegations, and if warranted, may take legal action or refer the case to the Attorney General.
- Complaints about Property Conditions: Tenants in public housing or those receiving housing assistance (like Section 8 vouchers) can report concerns about poor maintenance, health and safety hazards, or other issues related to the property's condition, particularly if the landlord or property management fails to address them.
- HUD-assisted Properties: For properties receiving HUD assistance, the agency (or its contractors) conducts inspections to ensure the properties meet health and safety standards.
- Concerns About Mismanagement or Fraud: Tenants in HUD-insured and -assisted properties can report concerns about mismanagement or fraud to the HUD's Multifamily Housing Complaint Line, according to HUD.gov.
- Tenant Rights and Protections: The Fair Housing Act prohibits retaliation against individuals for filing fair housing complaints or participating in related investigations. The Violence Against Women Act also prohibits retaliation against individuals seeking or exercising VAWA protections.
There are three types of inspections:
- Initial Inspections: Before tenants move in, the housing authority inspects the unit to confirm it meets habitability standards.
- Periodic Inspections: Regular inspections (usually every 1-2 years) ensure ongoing compliance with program requirements.
- Special Inspections: These inspections can be initiated in response to tenant complaints about specific issues or in emergencies.
In essence, the Housing Authority's role is to act as a guardian of fair housing practices and habitable living conditions, particularly in federally funded or assisted housing situations.
So the next question I took to the Google machine is if the Housing Authority can terminate payments if Section 8 rules are violated? For example, if an unauthorized person is living in the property, can rent payments be stopped. Of course the answer is yes.
Google Gemini tells me the following:
The Section 8 program requires that all household members be listed on the lease and approved by the housing authority. Living with someone not on the lease is a violation of the program rules.
Housing Authority's Role
The housing authority is responsible for ensuring that program participants comply with the rules and regulations. They conduct annual re-examinations and review household income and composition to ensure continued eligibility, according to HUD. If the housing authority discovers an unauthorized occupant, they may stop or reduce the housing assistance payment to the landlord until the situation is resolved.
Tenant's Role
Tenants are required to notify the housing authority of any changes in household composition, including new occupants. Failure to do so can result in termination of benefits.
Landlord's Role
The landlord also has the right to evict the tenant if they fail to comply with the lease terms, which may include having unauthorized occupants.
I am very concerned about Umar's mother and I can only hope that the family members are monitoring her situation as best they can.
However, I have no empathy for Umar Johnson, who has lied, schemed, scammed Black people all over the world for years.
I truly and sincerely hope that the walls are closing in on Umar Johnson, and if this is the case, I say, it's about damned time.
Does Umar Johnson need a 302 involuntary commitment?
