Breakfast Club, Please Stop It

Below is an open letter to Robert Warren (Bob) Pittman.  He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of iHeartRadio, the umbrella which the Breakfast Club comes under. His email address is bobpittman@iheartradio.com.  Below is simply a template.  Feel free, if you are so inclined, to write Mr. Pittman, feel free to use the template below.

Dear Mr. Pittman,

My name is __________.  I have been following the activities of Umar Johnson since ____.

I am writing you to tell you that I truly have an issue with iHeartRadio having Umar Johnson on The Breakfast Club.

Firstly, Umar Johnson has never proven his claims of having six degrees.  And, he's never proven that he is actually a doctor.  When asked to say from where he got his alleged degrees, Umar Johnson becomes quite agitated.  In fact, during one such encounter, when he was asked where he got his degrees from, Umar Johnson's response was, "ya mama gave 'em to me."

Secondly, since approximately 2009, Umar Johnson, a regular guest on The Breakfast Club, has been collecting donations for a so-called school.  Umar Johnson has done this under an organization with the name Frederick Douglass & Marcus Garvey RBG Leadership Academy, under non-profit status with EIN 46-5707643.  This EIN was revoked on May 15, 2017 for failure to report income for 3 years in a row.

Umar Johnson continued to collect donation money between May 15, 2017 and approximately January, 2019.  Johnson then obtained an EIN under an organization with the name Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey Leadership Academy,  This organization has an EIN of 84-5179390.  By the way, the link reported to the IRS for Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey Leadership Academy is https://fdmgleadershipacademy.com.  If one clicks the link, one will find that the site is private.

I question why a website, listed with the Internal Revenue Service, for a supposed non-profit has a link that leads to a private page.  After all, that would be an excellent place to list his credentials.  Do you question that as well, Mr. Pittman?  Should DJ Envy and/or Charlemagne the God have questioned that as well?  I also wonder why DJ Envy and/or Charlemagne the God have not questioned why the so-called school entity with the EIN 84-5179390 doesn't have a principal officer's name and address listed.

Umar Johnson purchased a property in Wilmington, DE in February, 2019.  Online records show that the property was purchased for $400,000.  Umar Johnson claims he has collected $750,000 and has never explained what happened to the remaining $350,000.  Umar Johnson has never produced a document, a spreadsheet, a report, a financial statement, or anything in writing explaining how much money he has collected and how the money was used.  When Umar Johnson is questioned about his activities, he insults the questioner.  Please let me know if you, anyone associated with iHeart Radio, or anyone associated with the Breakfast Club, believe that Umar Johnson, while having non-profit status, find it appropriate to insult the people who question him or even support him.

Next, Umar Johnson has very negative views of Black women and girls.  For example, Umar Johnson thinks that Black women and girls who have been raped or molested become THOTs with THOT-ish Personality Disorder.  In other words, Umar Johnson believes that girls and women who are raped and/or molested become whores.  Do you share these views?  Do you know if anyone associated with iHeartRadio, or anyone associated with the Breakfast Club, share these views with Umar Johnson?

Lastly, Umar Johnson claims that 10% of Black boys have to be "put to sleep," i.e. killed, in order to "save" the Black community.  Do you share these views?  Do you know if anyone associated with iHeartRadio, or anyone associated with the Breakfast Club, share these views with Umar Johnson?

The damage that Umar Johnson is doing to the Black community is nearly incalculable.  Part of what gives him credibility to some is his appearances on the Breakfast Club.  This is why I am, Mr. Pittman, respectfully asking you to do what you can to stop Umar Johnson from appearing on The Breakfast Club and any other iHeartRadio, or iHeartMedia programs.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
