Light Manufacturing
Most cities have properties that are zoned. The purpose of zoning, as far as I can tell, is to designate the appropriate uses for a particular property.
Properties that are zoned for light manufacturing or light industry are properties intended for specific industries including:
...perhaps like a school building.
Okay.
Now let's look at the property that Umar Johnson claims that he bought and has no mortgage. If you go to the New Castle County Delaware website and search for the following parcel numbers:
When you look for the information for the parcels that matches the address of the alleged school, you will see that each address is zoned 26M-1 for light manufacturing...or light industry.
Now, ask yourself, why on earth would Umar Johnson purchase a property, supposedly for a school, that has been zoned for light manufacturing.
Because Umar Johnson NEVER intended to make/build/create/open a school...yet he's still soliciting donations.

ReplyDeleteA "saviour" of any color wouldn't claim to want to build a school, take donations, refuse to provide documented proof of what (s)he did with the money, can't or won't show a deed to a property that (s)he purchased, and doesn't pay attention to the zoning restrictions of said property. And if a "saviour" of any color did these things, I would be critical of him/her, too. In any event, thanks for reading.
