Does Alexis Ohanian know who Umar Johnson is?
I would have never thought. After all, why would this man pay any attention to Umar Johnson?
Perhaps, if this is true, it could be that Umar Johnson has come to the attention of Alexis Ohanian because Umar Johnson spoke negatively about Alexis Ohanian's engagement to tennis great, Serena Williams?
We know that Umar Johnson isn't down with the swirl. A lot of people aren't, and as far as TrueBlackAnonymous is concerned, folks are entitled to his or her opinions about interracial relationships. And folks can choose to be with whom he or she chooses.
Be that as it may, I don't know any professional doctor of psychology, or any professional of any kind who would, without invitation, comment on another person's relationship, especially someone as public as Ms. Serena Williams, claiming that Ohanian doesn't love her and can't "handle all that."
By 'handling all that,' I'm assuming that Umar Johnson was talking about Serena Williams body.
TrueBlackAnonymous thought that was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly appearing to be, like Mom might say, "talking under Serena Williams' clothes."
But Umar Johnson speaking and behaving in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner doesn't surprise me anymore, so I didn't even think it was worth a comment.
Clearly, I was wrong. I apologize to my readers.
Umar Johnson commenting on the engagement of Serena Williams to Alexis Ohanian was not only unprofessional and inappropriate, it further exposes Umar Johnson's hypocrisy.
A caveat, please.
I am not an avid follower of tennis, but I know enough to know that both Serena and Venus Williams have both made great impact on the tennis world. I don't particularly follow them in terms of keeping up with who they date. And I also admit that I am not a follower of Alexis Ohanian and had never even heard of him until his engagement to Serena Williams was announced.
Moving on...
Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian announced their engagement and subsequently announced Ms. Williams's pregnancy, Ms. Williams gave birth to a baby girl and she married Alexis Ohanian, the father of her child.
Umar Johnson, Mr. Unapologetically African, the Prince of Pan Africanism, Mr. King Kong Consciousness, had a whole lot of mess to say about the Williams/Ohanian relationship. So I think it's fair to contrast the Williams/Ohanian relationship with Umar Johnson's relationships.
Well, we can start by Umar Johnson's penchant for grave stalking, claiming dead so-called relatives, and name-calling his own father.
Umar Johnson had a relationship, or as he put it, a three-night rendezvous in a hotel room in Philadelphia with Khym Ringgold, the so-called 'Conscious Stripper' and then got on the Roland Martin radio program and lied about being celibate/abstinent.
Umar Johnson is the father of three children by three different women, none of whom he has married. Further, Umar Johnson is not financially supporting any of his children, as indicated by court records, which are public.
So, let's evaluate
Umar Johnson, once again, has no room to be criticizing anyone, regardless of race, especially when it comes to relationships, marriages and family.
Umar Johnson is utterly pathetic and needs to have a stadium of seats.
