Umar Johnson Trespassing on School Properties Making Fake Inspection Video??????
Mr. Jamal Johnson,
I am writing this open letter to you in hopes that you can help your son stay out of more legal trouble. I have copied two people who Umar respects (or once respected) on this email. Your son needs serious and urgent help before he digs a hole too deep that he won’t be able to climb out. My bigger interest is not with Umar because Karma may come for him anyway. My bigger interest is with protecting the Black community from Umar’s frauds.
I blog anonymously on the extensive and excessive fraud of Umar Johnson and honestly it’s difficult to keep up. I saw the video of Umar Johnson recorded on Christmas Day, 2017, supposedly at a school in Chicago, where he claims to have been in the process of purchasing the building for a school. Well, I emailed the corporation which is responsible for the marketing and sale of all the Chicago Public School properties. This corporation, of which I will not name, is a global corporation which deals with billions of dollars in investments. Nonetheless, they took the time to email me back and said that they had already reviewed Umar’s video and described it as a “total fabrication”!
The entire video was a fake and Umar may have been trespassing on someone’s property without authorization. TrueBlackAnonymous emailed a top official of the corporation which handles the school districts property sales, an international real estate corporation that doesn’t work with GoFundMe-PayPal con-artists like Umar. That official verified to TrueBlackAnonymous that the place being shown was not a Chicago Public School. I quote, “We viewed the video, it is a complete fabrication, this was not a Chicago Public School.” The corporation also copied a city alderman and lawyers on the email. Umar is getting way over his head viewing these properties for his fake school for the sole purpose of manipulating his followers. He can get in legal trouble if he’s trespassing on property. If people are mailing him money for these fake property inspection videos, he can be in violation of federal mail fraud laws - so he better stop manipulating the people for his own selfish desires.
Back to the video Umar Johnson posted on Facebook Live and on YouTube, on or around Christmas Day, there was a person claiming to be a realtor showing Umar Johnson an abandoned building that he said was a school on the east side of Chicago. This video could have been perceived as attempt on Umar Johnson’s part to purchase a property in Chicago without going through the proper processes that all other potential buyers MUST follow, like developers with million-dollar or billion-dollar budgets, capital assessments, contracts, bids and down payments.
If it had been proven that the woman, who was supposedly a realtor, showed a Chicago Public School property on Christmas Day in violation of the sealed-bid processes, she could have lost her realtor’s license. Further, the Chicago Public School and/or the real estate corporation could have been sued by the entities who have already gone through the proper processes and awaiting the next steps on purchase. Umar can’t get off a plane, leave a lecture, trespass on someone’s property with a live video, and just make a purchase. The gullibility of his followers is unbelievable but worse for him is that he will find himself in more legal problems besides with the PA State Board of Psychology. As his father, I’m sure you are concerned about this.
No realtor or international real estate corporation would show a GoFundMe-PayPal con-artist like Umar Johnson property on Christmas Day. He hasn’t been through any of the processes the serious potential buyers follow. What realtor would risk losing her real estate license? The lady in that video was very likely not a realtor? How did Umar gain access to this property? Notice in the video, he never shows the lady’s face and her name isn’t mentioned? Umar is taking advantage of people who believe in the education of Black children, but if they had any real estate sense or common sense, they would know he’s a snake oil salesman.
Usually con-artists have a history of defrauding people. Have we seen this kind of behavior from Umar Johnson? Does he have a history of using videos of property to manipulate his followers? Absolutely he does! Many of them! Umar runs around the country with these fake property inspections. I have not called other realtors in various cities where Umar may be trespassing on people’s property. However, I did communicate with the realtor of his original property scheme!
Oh, yes! St. Paul’s College in Lawrenceville, VA, where Umar tricked the realtor into thinking he was going to buy St. Paul’s College - I communicated with him too. Umar bamboozled students into filming the “sales video.” The president met with Umar and didn’t take him seriously at all. His impression was that Umar was a young man with an unrealistic dream of purchasing property and he didn’t want to hurt Umar’s feelings by telling him he may have wanted to pursue something else. The realtor took Umar more seriously than the president until Umar lied to him time and time again about purchasing the property. Umar also lied to the people about how he “may have won the bid” in an effort to get the people to donate more money to him. The realtor said that Umar had never entered the bid at all! The realtor informed me that Umar was also hurting the potential sale of the property by saying that the property of St. Paul College had been sold when it had not been sold yet. Umar Johnson told the realtor who was working with the St. Paul’s College property that he had a lawyer. When the realtor called the telephone number, it turned out to be a bail bondsman in Texas, not a lawyer. So, the GoFundMe-PayPal con-artist ran those schemes dry and now, with both accounts frozen and no refunds to people who donated, he’s telling people to email him checks or money orders! I’m sending this letter to you, Mr. Johnson, so that you can tell this con-artist that he will run into federal laws around mail fraud if he doesn’t stop. This is not meant to disrespect you Mr. Johnson. I believe that you are an honorable man and a good father trying desperately to help a lost wayward son. I’m also emailing you so that you can tell his gullible followers that they will only hurt him by mailing him money for his scheme. They naively think they are supporting a campaign for a school. They are being ripped off and defrauded. Umar Johnson is continuing to scam the people and for his own good he needs to stop.
Thank you Mr. Jamal Johnson for reading this this letter. I know that your son doesn’t communicate with you, and I am so very sorry for that. It's clear that you love your son and you are concerned for him. For your sake, and the sake of Umar's gullible followers, I hope that changes.
