Umar Consulting In Detroit...and Taking Donations

One of the things that amazes me about Umar Johnson is his denseness.  He just doesn't get it.  Umar Johnson is the most unware person I've ever seen or heard of.

Here Umar Johnson is, in Detroit, MI, offering to host a "Special Education Clinic" in a cafe.  He asks people to bring paperwork for a $10 donation.

A donation to what?  What organization would Umar want folks to donate to at this point?  FDMG, which has no filing status?  Or to P(rince) O(f) P(an) P(izza)?

How clueless can Umar Johnson be?  Isn't this the same or similar behavior that got Umar Johnson in the fix he's in with the State Board of Psychology?

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer:

The state Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (link added) has charged Johnson, known as “Dr. Umar,” with portraying himself on his website as a psychologist who practices counseling services without a state license to do either. If that is proved, the board could levy fines and order Johnson to pay for the cost of the investigation.

The Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs..."provides administrative and legal support to 29 professional and occupational licensing boards and commissions. Professional licensing protects the health and safety of the public from fraudulent and unethical practitioners."

One wonders what the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs would think of Umar Johnson, who doesn't have a license to offer psychological or psych-educational services, taking $10 donations to look at the paperwork from the schools of children in Detroit, MI. even as an impromptu drop-in "clinic."
