St. Paul's College Still for Sale?

Well, well, well, what have we here?

Your girl, TrueBlackAnonymous, has it on good authority that St. Paul's College is still for sale.  Yes, indeed!

Actually, it didn't take much to find out that the property is still for sale, once I got a heads-up from my source.  See below.

But, wait a minute!  Wasn't Umar Johnson on the Roland Martin show telling people that the property was sold? Umar says, when Roland Martin asked him about the status of the school project and St. Paul's College, the following:
“Well, St. Paul’s has been sold.  Approximately 3 to 5 months ago (between February and April of 2017), I was told by the auction company in charge of the sale that it was sold to a developer."

 Start at about at about 10 minutes and 40 seconds to about 10 minutes and 53 seconds

Does Umar actually think that folks can't go online, do some research and find out what's going on?  He really think that folks, including his supporters, are stupid.

Just wow...

Questions

  1. Does anyone know if Umar has submitted a bid on the property?
  2. Why would someone tell Umar that the property was sold when it isn't?
  3. If Umar knew that the property was still up for sale, why would he say otherwise, on national television, no less?
  4. Could Umar submit (or re-submit) a bid?
  5. Why did Umar turn down a $5 million dollar loan that was at 4.5% interest with a 20 year term to pay it back?
  6. Could donors ask for a refund, since they were told their donations were to be used to purchase the St. Paul's property?
  7. What are Umar's other financing options other than donations?
  8. Could it be legal or ethical that Umar has kept the money or, at the very least, hasn't given a proper accounting of the money to his donors?
These are questions that should be answered.  The people who donated are owed an explanation. Perhaps the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is owed an explanation as well.

      Hey Brother Dominique Jones, I don't know how you missed this one. I just wanted to make note that when Umar Johnson was interviewed by Roland Martin, that he was lying when he said that the St. Paul's College property was sold. At the time of this interview the property was NOT sold. Umar Johnson was lying (big surprise).

      It was sold after this interview to a Chinese-backed group called Xinhua Education Investment Corporation. So at the time of this interview, Umar was lying when he said that the property was sold.

Damnitall to hell!  I was just here, minding my own business, progressing and enjoying my life! BUT... I've sat back and watch more of Umar Johnson with his lies, schemes, scams, disrespect, danger, hypocrisy, usury, foolery, fuckery, and disregard of Black people and I'm beyond sickened of what I'm seeing in this goddamned fool who supposedly has six degrees. Oh my God!  Where do I start? Generic Order

Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.
