Narcissism and Ideology -- Johnson and Trump
Well, well, well, my good people! I want to welcome to the era of the Narcissistic Ideologue Leadership. Yeah, I came up with that one myself.
Please let me explain.
A narcissistic ideologue is a person who displays narcissistic tendencies while seeming to espouse an ideology that a certain portion of the population gravitate to, often to the point of not seeing the obvious flaws in the one who is, or who calls himself or herself, a leader.
I'd like to explain via two examples.
I'd argue that Trump meant "Make America White Again."
But anyway...
When Donald Trump was running for the presidency, several, uh, unseemly incidents took place. These incidents include:
Either in spite of this or perhaps, BECAUSE of these statements, Donald Trump, with all of his obvious flaws, was elected President of the United States. And we see where we are as a country at this time, namely, discovering the possibility that the Trump campaign colluded with Russians to win the 2016 presidential election, wanting to gut the United States health care system, particularly for the poor, elderly and women, and facing overwhelming evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with a enemy foreign power and being utterly embarrassing to the United States on the world stage
And yet, in spite of it all, there are Republicans who refused to speak against Trump's displays of racism, sexism, the appearance of endorsing sexual assault, greed, xenophobia and possible treason. Even those who voted for Trump don't seem to be willing to speak out against Donald Trump, even in the face of overwhelming evidence .
Republican senators and congresspeople won't, by and large, speak out, either because they're being politically strategic, or perhaps even the Republican party. Or they simply don't care about the country.
In addition, Umar has claimed family relationships to Frederick Douglass, Alexander Wayman and possibly Harriet Tubman. However, the Bailey (Douglass) and Ross-Tubman families have both denied any relationship, especially since Umar has presented no vital records, such as marriage licenses or birth certificates to back up his claims.
He has spoken several times about starting a school for Black boys, called the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy for Boys, abbreviated FDMG. The school as yet to come to fruition even after 4 to 5 years of fundraising.
He has had several incidents, or beefs, involving others. Those include:
Although there are some of our people who have expressed disappointment in some of Umar's behavior, there are others who attempt to excuse or justify Umar's behavior and lack of accountability by saying that they believe in Umar's message and they ignore the rest; no one is perfect; the 'Conscious Stripper' is an agent; and degrees don't matter, even when UMAR came to the community touting his six degrees, including a doctorate and they don't care what Umar is doing with the donation money.

I'd like to explain via two examples.
Example One -- Donald Trump
Donald Trump is the President of the United States (POTUS). His campaign slogan was "Make America Great Again."I'd argue that Trump meant "Make America White Again."
But anyway...
When Donald Trump was running for the presidency, several, uh, unseemly incidents took place. These incidents include:
- Condoning violence against protesters at campaign rallies
- Calling for a ban of all Muslims
- Fighting with a family of a slain US soldier
- Calling a former Miss Universe pageant winner "Miss Piggy"
- Denigrating prisoners of war
- Mocking a disabled reporter
- Encouraging an open enemy (Russia) to hack his opponent, Hillary Rodham Clinton
- Talking about his own daughter like he wanted to have sex with her
- Calling all undocumented Mexicans rapists and criminals
- Stating that a United States District judge, Gonzalo P. Curiel, who happens to be of Mexican descent, cannot act fairly in his capacity as a judge in his case involving Trump University, because...wait for it...he's Mexican (by the way, Gonzalo was born in Indiana)
- Refusing to reject an endorsement from David Duke, former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK)
- Bragging about grabbing women by the genitals and kissing them...and hey, he didn't have to ask because he's rich and famous

Republican senators and congresspeople won't, by and large, speak out, either because they're being politically strategic, or perhaps even the Republican party. Or they simply don't care about the country.
Example Two -- Umar Johnson
Umar Johnson, or Umar R. Abdullah-Johnson, or Umar Rashad Abdullah-Johnson is a so-called doctor of clinical psychology, a school psychologist, and a child therapist. He speaks often on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), psychotropic medication for children, education issues relating to Black boys in particular, and other topics.
- Getting caught in a 'Conscious Stripper' scandal
- Calling Black people who donated upwards of $250,000 'trifling'
- Telling a radio host to hang up on a woman who asked about accountability of the donated funds
- Having a Paypal account that was being used for donations frozen
- Lying about having a doctorate degree
- Failing to give an account of the money he's collected for FDMG
- Failing to document any plans for the creation of FDMG
- Failing to update donors on the progress of the creation of FDMG
- Turning down a $5 million dollar, low interest rate loan for buying the defunct HBCU, St. Paul's College, which was supposedly going to be used for FDMG
- Having a very public disagreement with Boyce Watkins over a video questioning Umar about what has happened with the donations for FDMG
- Being a wanna-be thug in an epic video rant against another Hotepian, Sara Suten Seti
- Garnering a reputation for meming and blocking people, even his so-called relatives, who ask pertinent questions about the donation money, his claims, or his activities
- Name calling people names such as dusty hotepers, trifling, lazy asses, fuck boys, bottom feeders, and of course, haters.
Oh, my good people. Please understand. We deserve SO MUCH BETTER than what we are getting.
