Umar Johnson Isn't Original
The school-to-prison pipeline isn't an idea originated by Umar Johnson. While TrueBlackAnonymous was researching this phenomenon known as the school-to-prison pipeline, I came across authors named Catherine Y. Kim, Daniel J. Losen and Damon T. Hewitt.
The book they co-wrote is titled The School-To-Prison Pipeline: Structuring Legal Reform. It was published in 2010 by NYU Press (ISBN: 978-0814748435).
The contents of the book is listed as follows:
Here's a question.
Has Umar Johnson referred to this book, or any book, or any article from a peer-reviewed journal in any of his presentations/speaking engagements/hyena yelps?
Or was Umar Johnson too busy soliciting money, food, and sex from vulnerable single mothers?
After all, a person with a doctorate degree, like Umar Johnson supposedly has, should understand the importance of valid resources such as articles from peer reviewed journals, books by authors from established publishers, like NYU Press -- not information from a self-publisher like Umar Johnson and his Prince of Pan Africanism Publishing.
TBA has no idea why anyone would give money to Umar Johnson, especially now that his lies, half-truths, and deceptions are being exposed. I submit one would be better off using the money he or she gave to Umar Johnson to buy a copy of The School-To-Prison Pipeline: Structuring Legal Reform, At least if one bought a copy of this book, or any related book, one would have something valid and tangible.
That is a whole hell of a lot more than anyone will ever get from Umar Johnson.
