Umar Doesn't Know--That's Why He Needs A Team--If He Were Serious

Here is a confession from TrueBlackAnonymous.  I have never sat down and thought about different types of properties and how they are taxed.

I am, however, open to learning and researching.  So I did and I learned a little bit of something.  Links are above.

For example, a commercial property can be taxed at a different rate than an institutional property.  An institutional property can be taxed at a different rate than a residential property.

AND...

Depending on what state, county, and local government that a property is located, the tax rate could be different.  So, institutional property in Philadelphia, PA could be taxed at a different rate than an institutional property in Newark, NJ or an institutional property in Atlanta, GA.

I would bet $1,000 that Umar Johnson doesn't know or understand this.  What would be the basis of my bet?

Well...

In addition to the fact that Umar Johnson has the unmitigated gall to ask for an architect who has proof of licensure while Umar Johnson himself hasn't shown proof of a goddamned thing about himself, his education, his credentials or what he's done with almost one million dollars in donation money, a school is not a commercial property.  A school would be an institutional property.

NOTE:  Remember all those videos of Umar standing in front of schools making videos in order to fool GoFundMe?

Next, if one has taken a simple civics class in middle school, one would know that taxes are levied by the government.  Citizens VOTE for government representatives who decide tax rates for different properties.  Umar Johnson encourages our people not to vote.

Anyways...

This is why Umar Johnson, if he were serious, would have a board of directors, a board of governors or some other type of TEAM who could help him navigate all of the things one would have to navigate, including taxes, contractors, architects, curriculum, human resources, and anything else to build/create a school.

I suppose one would know something about this if one paid one's taxes.

But we know Umar isn't serious.  He's simply trying to fool gullible people, or perhaps the law, to act like he's making progress toward a school.

He's not.

This attempt at soliciting an architect makes me think that the walls are closing in on Umar Johnson because what Umar is doing is simply a continuation of the same scam.

And I would win my bet.
