PLEASE...Don't Send Umar Johnson Your Resume

Has anyone asked oneself this very basic question.

Why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes?

And...

Why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes for an organization that didn't exist?

After all, has anyone seen any organizational charts for the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy?

I haven't.

Has anyone seen any job descriptions for any jobs for the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy?

How would anyone know that they were qualified for a job at the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy since there are no job descriptions?

Hell if I know.

So, once again, I wonder, why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes for jobs at a school that never existed?

I have a theory.  Work with me here for a moment or two.  Think about what is on a resume.  Think about what is on YOUR resume.
  1. Your name
  2. Your address
  3. Your telephone number
  4. Your work history
  5. Your school(s)
  6. Your degrees, certifications, licenses, etc.
Umar Johnson can look at the information from your resume and glean an estimate of how much money you make based on your neighborhood, your educational level, your professional training and your work history.

Therefore, he could possible hit you up for donations...or some other kind of scam.

Or, help me Almighty, another batch of cookies to crush.

Get it?

Because we have yet to see an FDMG organizational chart, an FDMG job description for any kind of job at a school, a location for FDMG, a governing board, proof of insurance, a record of finances or anything else a REAL school might have.

Umar Johnson is playing you all.

Don't let him continue.

    I'm very disappointed with him. I went to his lecture in December and heard him say from his own mouth that the announcement of FDMG Academy would happen on January 1, 2019. It never happened! He has other people running his IG. Before January there were IG posts to send resumes via email for him and his team to review. I emailed my resume. When the FDMG Academy announcement did not happen...there was a post about sending resumes but now to include a Cover Letter with the resume. I only asked on his post 1) why are we just hearing about a cover letter and 2) what specific position is the cover letter regarding because a CL should be written for a specific role. I was blocked!
    I'm no longer a fan and again very disappointed because he is preying on our community.

A Fraction of A Man

Damnitall to hell!  I was just here, minding my own business, progressing and enjoying my life! BUT... I've sat back and watch more of Umar Johnson with his lies, schemes, scams, disrespect, danger, hypocrisy, usury, foolery, fuckery, and disregard of Black people and I'm beyond sickened of what I'm seeing in this goddamned fool who supposedly has six degrees. Oh my God!  Where do I start? Weakness At this block party, there were people, supposedly the New Black Panther Party, allegedly had assault weapons pointing down at the crowd from a roof of the trap bandos.  From what I understand of the laws of Delaware concerning open-carry weapons, having open-carry assault weapons is illegal.   Thank the heavens that nothing happened.  But, that situation, in and of itself is dangerous, especially with women, children and elders present.  Why have that at a "family" oriented block party?  What was Umar Johnson expecting?  Did he really think he had the rig

Generic Order

Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.
