Cult of Personality
At the risk of sounding too academic, I'm going to quote from the 2001 edition of the World of Sociology:
Umar TOLD us (with his behavior) that he doesn't believe he has to be accountable for the money Black folks gave him.
Umar TOLD us (with his behavior) that he believes he should not be questioned and cannot tolerate being questioned about who and what he is.
Umar TOLD us that he doesn't have a license to practice -- which is illegal.
Umar TOLD us (with his behavior) that he has an abusive personality.
Umar TOLD us that he doesn't think his degrees matter, but who he is, and his reputation and what he stand for does. He said it in the now infamous VladTV interview, starting at about 2 minutes and going until about 3 minutes.
WHO is he?
WHAT does he stand for?
AND what reputation?
Yet, there are people who still justify, excuse, and uphold the very person who is doing wrong, even when they KNOW wrong is being done and being done to THEM.

What is the purpose of making such a thing public?

He posted this as an attempt to validate himself as a true black leader who is a threat to White Supremacy.
That's funny. So...
Oh no, by posting this picture, Umar is trying to imply that WHITE SUPREMACY coming after him, in the form of the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology, because he's a true Black leader who is a "threat" to the white power structure.
Yeah...and I'm the Queen of England ready to sell a bridge in London. Bidding starts at five dollars.

Cult of personality refers to a social or political phenomenon in which individuals have great power over others, based solely on personality. Those who lead by a cult of personality usually do not have any legal, political or intellectual authority in the beginning of their leadership. They rely on charisma, gaining their power through personal characteristics that appeal to people who follow them.And sadly, the people who are continuing to follow, believe, and support Umar Johnson have fallen victim to the Cult of Personality. They have fallen under the spell of charismatic leadership, even in the face of facts that cannot be disputed, including:

- He's going to pretend that he has never refused to show his credentials.
- He's going to pretend that he didn't bamboozle thousands of our people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- He's going to pretend that he never called our sisters who are victims of sexual assault, sexual molestation or incest THOTs with THOT-ish personality disorder.
- He's going to pretend that the rant against Seti never happened, not to mention that pathetic so-called apology video.
- He's going to pretend that he didn't openly encourage people to "burn that shit down" when speaking about Ferguson.
- He's going to pretend that never asked for "wife resumes" during a teleconference "counseling session."
- He's going to pretend that he has never been, while supposedly acting as a "psychologist" or a "therapist," verbally abusive to our people, including our youth AND their parents

Umar is just playing to new and ignorant sources of income in the government aid recipient sectors of our communities. No working class, gainfully employed or professional person would ever give Umar 2 rusty pennies to rub together.
