He's Lying, Y'all...

Or, he's not telling the complete truth...which is actually the same thing as lying.

Did any of you all go to Sunday School when you were kids?  I did.

I still remember one of my Sunday school lessons to this very day and I'm *blank* years old.

The lesson?  There are two kinds of lying.  Lying by commission is letting a lie, something you know is a lie, come out of your mouth.  Then there is lying by omission which not saying anything or leaving out key information with the intent of misleading.

Umar is guilty of both types of lying.  However, I'm going to focus on lying by omission.  Please look at the picture below:

There is a lot of omitted information that seemingly can't be found.

Based on a conversation I had with a very knowledgeable person in the matters of real estate, I know that merely submitting a bid does not guarantee that one has acquired the property.  Additionally, submitting a bid without a plan for financing is just like not submitting a bid at all. There's no information on Umar's website(s) about the properties for which Umar has allegedly submitted bids.  And there's no information on how much he was to have supposedly bid for each property.

Secondly, Umar says he's scheduled to look at schools in Cleveland and in Florida. 

Plus, Umar claims an acquisition date of January 1, 2018.  But how can he have a guaranteed acquisition date on property he doesn't even know if he has acquired?

Remember this?

I have more questions.

• Do the donors even know the addresses of the properties for which Umar is claiming to submit bids? 
• Do the to FDMG donors know how he plans to finance the school? 
• Do the FDMG donors know how much he bid?
• Is there a written plan that Umar has shared with donors and potential donors?
• Could Umar even obtain financing at this point, with tax liens and back child support?  
• What partners could he get to go in with him?  

And, why doesn't Umar advertise his supposed progress towards the goal of FDMG Academy?  

For example, has he even looked at what an accrediting agency requires for the grade levels he wants to teach?  Oh he can't!  Accrediting agencies tend to be sectioned by region and he can't know what the accrediting agency requires if he doesn't even know the location of the school.

Yet, he's guaranteeing a start date of August 21, 2018.  Just like he guaranteed a start dates of August 21, 2017.

Yeah...

Perhaps, if Umar was making legitimate progress, someone would take a chance with him and invest in this project.  That is, if everything added up.

But, seriously, Folks, who am I kidding?  

From questionable credentials, to mysteries about the donation money, to his comportment, to his conduct on social media, to his clearly irresponsible behavior, nothing involving Umar Johnson adds up.

Seems like more smoke and mirrors to me.

I'm tired of Umar.  Aren't you?
