Umar Johnson -- Not an Administrator!
Let's be clear. Umar Johnson is not an administrator. One more time...Umar Johnson is not an administrator.
I know he's not an administrator based on things that have come out of Umar Johnson's own mouth.
He has said that he won't hire people to work at his pretend school who may be married to a person of another race. This is clearly discriminatory and against the law. All a person would have to do, if he or she believes there was discrimination in hiring practices from Umar Johnson and FDMG (IF the school ever came to fruition), is pull up a video on YouTube such as the one below.
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) states in part:
He's already hung himself as an administrator just from this alone. Now, a real administrator would not even say that, regardless of his or her personal opinions. This is another reason why I don't believe Umar is serious about starting a school. Clearly, publicly making statements like this will stop him before he can start.
Further, Umar has said that one cannot say that she or he is starting an all-Black school.
Tell that to the people who have started and run all-Black African-centered schools.
Tell that to Mr. Marcus Kline who runs the Freedom Home Academy in Chicago, IL.
Tell that to Baba Amin Imamu Ojuok who co-founded the Uhuru Academy in Fort Worth, TX.
Tell that to Ms. Linda Saunders who is the executive director of the Marcus Garvey School in Los Angeles, CA.
Umar, Umar, Umar...what is really going on?

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) states in part:
Equal employment opportunity cannot be denied because of marriage to or
association with an individual of a different race (emphasis mine); membership in or
association with ethnic based organizations or groups; attendance or
participation in schools or places of worship generally associated with
certain minority groups; or other cultural practices or characteristics
often linked to race or ethnicity, such as cultural dress or manner of
speech, as long as the cultural practice or characteristic does not
materially interfere with the ability to perform job duties.
