Electricity? How?

Umar Johnson claims he has electricity in the so-called Marcus Garvey building of the rat trap properties located at 610-611 East 17th Street, Wilmington, DE.

Oh?

Electricity?

How?

How does a building that is on the Vacant Property List with the City of Wilmington, DE end up getting electricity?

If you don't believe me, click the link above labeled Vacant Property List and search the parcel numbers 2602940027 and 260940028.

Wouldn't there have to be inspections done and permits pulled in order for the electricity to be turned on?  

Wouldn't there have to be proof of insurance on the property?  

And why would Umar Johnson, who claims to be strapped for cash, who is always begging for people to join his Loyal Donors' Club, who is always on his phone yegging (yelling and begging) or negging (name-calling and begging), turn on the electricity, thereby creating another bill he can't or won't pay?

Now, if Umar got Pookie and Ray-Ray to rig up something, that is dangerous and probably illegal.  After all, electricity is dangerous and not to be played with.  If someone got hurt, they would be fresh out of luck because Umar has no insurance on those properties.

I hope Pookie and Ray-Ray weren't wearing their house slippers.
