PLEASE...Don't Send Umar Johnson Your Resume

Has anyone asked oneself this very basic question. Why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes? And... Why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes for an organization that didn't exist? After all, has anyone seen any organizational charts for the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy? I haven't. Has anyone seen any job descriptions for any jobs for the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy? How would anyone know that they were qualified for a job at the Fredrick Douglass/Marcus Garvey International RBG Academy since there are no job descriptions? Hell if I know. So, once again, I wonder, why was Umar Johnson soliciting resumes for jobs at a school that never existed? I have a theory.  Work with me here for a moment or two.  Think about what is on a resume.  Think about what is on YOUR resume. Your name Your address Your telephone number Your work history Your school(s) Your degrees, certifications, licenses, etc. ...

Another Example of GoFundMe Fraud

From:  https://www.al.com/news/birmingham/index.ssf/2017/11/woman_who_faked_cancer_for_don.html Woman who pleaded guilty to faking cancer for $200,000 in donations sentenced to federal prison Nov 8, 2017 | Posted Nov 8, 2017 By Ivana Hrynkiw A woman who pleaded guilty soliciting funds for a terminal illness she didn't have was sentenced today in federal court. Jennifer Flynn Cataldo, 37, was sentenced to a total of 25 months and 20 days in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Virginia Hopkins. The sentence takes into account time Cataldo has already served in prison while the federal charge was pending. Cataldo, of Sterrett, pleaded guilty in August to one count of wire fraud and one count of bank fraud. Thirteen additional federal fraud charges were dismissed. "I wish that I could put into words exactly how I feel... I am overcome with sorrow," Cataldo said Wednesday morning at her sentencing hearing. Cataldo was also ordered to pay $81,270.03 in restit...

Is It Acceptable for Black People to Defraud Each Other?

Image
"While this type of behavior by an individual is extremely rare, it's unacceptable and clearly it has consequences..." Bobby Whithorne GoFundMe spokesperson Mr.  Whithorne , do you really believe what you say?  We, the Anti Fraud Warriors don't believe you. Why? Because Umar Johnson, using your platform, raised about $400,000 with over 10,000 donors, for the ostensible purpose of building a school. Mr.  Whithorne , here's another question for you.  Was anyone at GoFundMe suspicious of a person who had a $4 million goal?  Or did you care?  After all, GoFundMe got its cut. Because you see, Mr.  Whithorne , Black people from all over the world, using your platform , gave Umar Johnson a lot of money. And, Mr.  Whithorne , there were people who questioned GoFundMe about Umar Johnson and the legitimacy of his GoFundMe campaign. For example, Mr.  Whithorne , did you know that: Umar Johnson had a 501(c)(4) non profit status wh...

Theft by Deception

Image
From:  https://www.pittsburghcriminalattorney.com/theft/theft-by-deception Here’s how theft by deception works. Theft by deception means that someone uses deception to intentionally obtain or withhold property, including money, that does not belong to them. For example, someone lists a rare BMW on Craigslist at a bargain price and asks everyone who responds to their ad to send them a down-payment to finalize the sale — although the seller does not actually have a BMW to sell. What is Theft By Deception? Theft by deception is a type of theft crime when someone intentionally obtains or withholds someone else’s property by deceiving them. In Pennsylvania, someone can be guilty of theft by deception if he or she intentionally does any of the following: Create or reinforce a false impression , including impressions about a law, value, intention or some other state of mind. Keep someone else from acquiring the information that would affect their judgment about a transaction . F...

Heard It All Before

Image
Umar Johnson, you think your lies are working.  You're lies have NEVER really worked, especially when it counted. You've promised a location for your invisible school since 2013.  Or was it 2015?  Or 2016?  Maybe it was 2017? Well, in any event, we've heard it all before. And quite frankly, Umar Johnson, this routine is getting quite, well, OLD ! So now, Umar Johnson is once again promising a school location that is to be announced soon. Heard it all before! Umar Johnson must be REALLY feeling the pressure now.  Yet, he's still careful with his wording.  Notice that it says a school location will be announced but not a curriculum, not a budget, not a staff, not a board of directors, not an accreditation visit. Umar Johnson, if you think your lies are working, perhaps you should think again. Because, we've heard it all before. Trueblackanonymous You Tube Channel  @BLKAnonymous

Umar Should Be Getting Nervous...

All of the emphasized parts of the CNN article below are mine.  I emphasized them because I believe they should also apply to Umar Johnson. After all, Umar Johnson make up a 'feel good' story about wanting to build a school for Black boys. by using catch phrases or trigger words such as "racism," "white supremacy," "ADHD wars," "special education," and "school-to-prison pipeline" to make people feel bad for Black boys.  As a result of the response to this 'feel good' story, Umar Johnson collected between $700,000 and $1,000,000 dollars without giving a written account of where the money is and what he's done with it. Now that we see a blueprint, those people who have given Umar Johnson money for a school that has been promised and never built, and for which there are no concrete plans that show that Umar Johnson has made any real moves toward building a school, NOW is an excellent time, in my opinion, to question...

Umar Johnson Isn't Original

Image
The school-to-prison pipeline isn't an idea originated by Umar Johnson.  While TrueBlackAnonymous was researching this phenomenon known as the school-to-prison pipeline, I came across authors named Catherine Y. Kim , Daniel J. Losen and Damon T. Hewitt . The book they co-wrote is titled The School-To-Prison Pipeline:  Structuring Legal Reform .  It was published in 2010 by NYU Press (ISBN:  978-0814748435). The contents of the book is listed as follows: Introduction The Right to Education Unlawful Discrimination Students with Disabilities Challenging Suspensions and Expulsions Disciplinary Alternative Schools and Programs Criminalizing School Misconduct Court-Involved Youth and the Juvenile Justice System Conclusion Do any of the titles in the contents list sound familiar?  If you listen to Umar Johnson, they likely do. Here's a question. Has Umar Johnson referred to this book, or any book, or any article from a peer-reviewed journal ...

Umar Doesn't Know--That's Why He Needs A Team--If He Were Serious

Image
Commercial property Industrial property Public property Residential property Institutional property Here is a confession from TrueBlackAnonymous.  I have never sat down and thought about different types of properties and how they are taxed. I am, however, open to learning and researching.  So I did and I learned a little bit of something.  Links are above. For example, a commercial property can be taxed at a different rate than an institutional property.  An institutional property can be taxed at a different rate than a residential property. AND... Depending on what state, county, and local government that a property is located, the tax rate could be different.  So, institutional property in Philadelphia, PA could be taxed at a different rate than an institutional property in Newark, NJ or an institutional property in Atlanta, GA. I would bet $1,000 that Umar Johnson doesn't know or understand this.  What would be the basis of my bet? ...

Co-opting MORE Titles

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. Matthew, 6:9-13 Holy Bible New International Version Yes, indeed, ladies and gentleman.  This funky fool, Umar Johnson, is still at it. The good reader may ask, well, TBA, whatever do you mean? What I mean is that Umar Johnson, according to his Instagram page, is now... DRUM ROLL ...an educational diagnostician! You may ask yourself, what on earth is an educational diagnostician? Well, let's find out! According to Personnel Improvement Center : The role of the educational diagnostician can vary between states and even between school districts. And even the title by which these professionals are known is often different. Depending on the state's certification, this...

Oh the Irony, Part Duh

Image
Well, now!  Lookey here!  Umar Johnson is once again showing in the flesh the meaning of the word IRONY. What do I mean? Look at the picture below.  Try to guess what TBA is thinking..... If you think that I'm thinking that Umar Johnson has a hell of a nerve asking for architects who are licensed , AND wants proof of licensure when Umar Johnson hasn't produced proof of a damned thing he's claimed, including... Being a clinical psychologist Being a child therapist Being a family therapist Being a psychologist Being a school psychologist Being employed by the MCS Charter School for 'almost 10 years' Remember, Umar Johnson does not have a license.  Thank you, State of Pennsylvania , for letting us know this. Let's continue... Creating an invisible school Losing non-profit status for not reporting what he'd done with donations of upwards of one million dollars Name-calling people who he says he's helping or who wanted to help him Lyi...

An Appeal to Truth and Common Sense

Image
Well, now! It looks like the State Board of Psychology of Pennsylvania has had a "come to Jesus" moment. Why do I say that? Well, the reason I say that is because the State Board of Psychology of Pennsylvania has put forth an appeal to the original decision that Umar Johnson hasn't committed a crime by claiming to be a psychologist, a therapist, a clinical psychologist, a family therapist, a child therapist, etc. He has. In summary, the State Board of Psychology of Pennsylvania has determined the following: Umar Johnson never held a license to practice psychology or therapy. Umar Johnson held himself out to the public as a psychologist and/or a therapist. Umar Johnson represented himself on the radio show, the Breakfast Club, on July 18, 2016, as providing psychological services in the form of therapy. Umar Johnson described initial patient intakes as a "clinical interview," family depression history, personal depression history, and suicidality...

More Rinse and Repeat

Image
Umar Johnson seems to have his routine down pact.  He knows to keep promising a school.  He's been promising this school, in essence, since 2010. FDMG 2014 FDMG 2015 FDMG 2016 FDMG 2017 FDMG 2018 FDMG 2019? Give Umar Johnson's track record, what are the chances that there will actually be an FDMG in 2019? Why would anyone believe that Umar Johnson has any REAL intention of creating a school?  What is even the point of continuing to talk about a school and Umar Johnson in the same sentence? I don't see any point.  At this point, a school and Umar Johnson in the same sentence is a joke. The only comeback would be that Umar Johnson be legally made to account for all the money he lied to people about. Trueblackanonymous You Tube Channel @BLKAnonymous

No Bottom to the Umar Johnson Barrel

Image
Let's face it.  Umar Johnson is a liar.  He lies about just about everything.  He's not ashamed.  He doesn't seem to think anything is wrong with it.  He's happy to do it.  For Umar Johnson, being a successful liar is an accomplishment. It's actually rather pathetic. But anyways... Umar's latest gambit is truly a new low--even for Umar. Check it out. Umar Johnson hijacked an event involving the Detroit Children's Choir.  Imagine butting in to an event involving children .  The event was NOT publicly advertised until Umar Johnson posted his phony flyer on Twitter. So who knows who could show up--perhaps someone like Nelson Nobles ? *Sarcasm* Umar Johnson hijacking children! Further, there are two people featured at this event.  They both happen to be white.  One is named Connie Reguli.  She's an attorney.  The other is named Stephen Baskerville.  He is a professor of government. I wonder if either or ...
