Umar Johnson is Still Bad for Business...

Well, my goodness!  Should we be surprised?  Umar Johnson continues to be bad for business.

There is a woman in real estate, who seemingly took it upon herself to write to Tariq Nasheed regarding Umar Johnson's misadventures in real estate.

Basically, the real estate agent, who is legitimate, says that she had been working with Umar Johnson since 2015 to get a school.

Trueblackanonymous was surprised that Umar Johnson even had a real estate agent.  Because from all appearances, Umar seems to be very sloppy about how he was running this, well, whatever he was running.  It didn't seem that any legitimate persons would be trying to deal with Umar's mess.

This real estate agent was even networking with other real estate agents to try to help Umar Johnson get a school.

But anyway, she eventually figured out that Umar Johnson was full of it.  He's never purchased real estate.  He was never ready to purchase any real estate.  He clearly doesn't know anything about real estate.  And, it's obvious that doesn't have anyone working with him to help him get this done.

In short, Umar Johnson was never serious about purchasing a school.  

Now, if y'all don't get it by now, I don't know what else to tell you.

But, if you care to take a piece of advise from yours truly, if I'd donated even a dime to this, I would be contacting the FBI and the state level and federal level departments of education to see about getting my money back.

And I wonder this.  Why do we allow liars and frauds operate in our communities unchecked?

A Fraction of A Man

Damnitall to hell!  I was just here, minding my own business, progressing and enjoying my life! BUT... I've sat back and watch more of Umar Johnson with his lies, schemes, scams, disrespect, danger, hypocrisy, usury, foolery, fuckery, and disregard of Black people and I'm beyond sickened of what I'm seeing in this goddamned fool who supposedly has six degrees. Oh my God!  Where do I start? Weakness At this block party, there were people, supposedly the New Black Panther Party, allegedly had assault weapons pointing down at the crowd from a roof of the trap bandos.  From what I understand of the laws of Delaware concerning open-carry weapons, having open-carry assault weapons is illegal.   Thank the heavens that nothing happened.  But, that situation, in and of itself is dangerous, especially with women, children and elders present.  Why have that at a "family" oriented block party?  What was Umar Johnson expecting?  Did he really think he had the rig

Generic Order

Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.
