Umar, You Stupid!

Umar Johnson is an idiot.  He's stupid.  Not only is Umar Johnson stupid and an idiot, he's mean, nasty, and disrespectful.

He shows this all the time in many ways:
  1. Acting a damned fool when he's asked legitimate questions about his so-called school.  This happened recently with Lord Jamar and Rah Digga.
  2. Referring to women he presumably has never even met as "Beautiful," "Gorgeous," or "Sweetheart."
  3. Telling ridiculous lies that can be proven untrue in nearly real time.
  4. Doxing and slandering people.
  5. Asking for free labor and then ignores or block the very people who offer him said free labor.
I could go on but, unlike Umar Johnson, I generally like and respect people, especially most Black people.

Before I continue, I must first apologize to Michelle "Honey Brown" Jackson wherever she may be.  She has done nothing wrong as far as I can see.  The only thing she did was ask Umar Johnson a reasonable question.

Umar Johnson Totally Disrespects A Potential Donor

What was the reasonable question that compelled Umar Johnson to call her a "selfish ass," which is his own projection,  and then sent Umar Johnson on a mini-rant about how black people buy grits, shea butter, weave, hair conditioner,  skin lightener, Air Jordans, and accuse the innocent Michelle "Honey Brown" Jackson of "coonish consciousness?"

She asked:
"What do you get for these monthly payments?"

Parenthetically, Umar didn't seem to mind Nike when a "queen" gave him a pair for his birthday.  So was that "queen" a coon, too?

The thing is that when someone buys grits, they get the grits.  They get to take the grits home, cook them, put butter, salt, pepper or whatever they like on them and eat them.  They can feed themselves and their families with the grits.  When someone buys weave, they get the weave.  They get to put the weave in their hair, style it, and enjoy it.  When someone buys hair conditioner, shea butter and even skin lightener, they get to to use those products to their heart's content whenever they choose to do so.  When someone gives money in exchange for a good or a service, it's called commerce, which means people are getting something tangible for their money.

What does Umar Johnson want you to do?  He wants people to donate to his Loyal Donors' Club.  The rates?

Bronze     $50/month
Silver     $100/month
Gold     $250/month
Platinum          $500/month
Diamond     $1000/month

This brings me back to Umar Johnson's idiocy and stupidity in regards to Michelle "Honey Brown" Jackson's reasonable question.

She asked:
"What do you get for these monthly payments?"

Now, remember, Umar Johnson is doing this jack-leg mess under the auspices of a non-profit organization, called the Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey Leadership Academy, with EIN: 84-5179390.

A lot of businesses, including and especially non-profit businesses, operate on the idea of incentives.  For example, if someone donates a certain amount of money, one could get a pen and pencil set with the organization's name on the pens and pencils.  For a larger donation amount, one can get a the pen and pencil set and a baseball cap with the organization logo on it.  For yet a larger donation amount, you can get the pen and pencil set, the baseball cap and a T-shirt with the organization logo on it. And, for yet a larger donation they could get all of the above plus a hoodie with the organization's name and/or logo on it.  And so on.

You get the idea.

But stupid and idiotic Umar Johnson doesn't get the idea.

What does offering incentives accomplish?

Well...

It makes a person feel good about donating to your organization, especially if the organization is up and running or at least making progress.  It can make a person feel appreciated for their contribution.  AND, get this, Umar Johnson, if people feel good and appreciated by the recipient of a donation, especially a monthly donation, they could donate again, or at least speak positively about your organization to others.  Plus, giving people things like pencils, pens, baseball caps, T-shirts, hoodies, and other items with your organization's name and/or logo is advertising your organization when people use or wear the items.

But, no, not in the case of Umar Johnson who just doesn't get it and thinks it's his duty and right to berate, name-call and belittle people.

Because Umar Johnson is the "selfish ass" with "coonish consciousness," because Umar Johnson is clearly narcissistic in his orientation and behavior, because Umar Johnson somehow thinks it's a good idea to insult and name-call the very people who give him money for a non-existent school (while recording himself doing it), and because Umar Johnson can't seem to think past his nose, he doesn't grasp a simple concept that I'm sure everyone's grandmother told them at least once:

And if Michelle "Honey Brown" Jackson has the good sense God gave her, and it seems that she does, she wouldn't give stupid and idiotic Umar Johnson one red cent.
