Slander

What is slander? 

According to Black's Law Dictionary, slander is

Oral defamation; the speaking of false and malicious words concerning another, whereby injury results to his reputation.




Umar Johnson slanders quite a few people.  From the generic word, haters, which he uses for those of us who question him, to calling Anti Afro Svengalis asexual (how would he know?), to now saying on the Yanadameen Godcast with Lord Jamar and Rah Digga that Lenon Honor, a married man with five children, is an unemployed, down-low man who preys on teenage boys.

WHAT?

HOLD UP!  WAIT A MINUTE!  FLAG ON THE PLAY!

Firstly, Umar Johnson claims he has never met Lenon Honor.  Further, Umar Johnson claims that he got this information from someone he has never met.

So....wouldn't this be gossip, which is likely not to be based on any evidence?

Why would someone who is supposedly a professional get on a platform, anyone's platform, and put out gossip?

Secondly, if Umar Johnson, who is supposed to be a certified school psychologist, a therapist, and a school principal, REPORT information of this nature if he has it?  After all, both positions are mandated reporters.  

What is a mandated reporter?

Well...
A mandated reporter is a person who, because of his or her profession, is legally required to report any suspicion of child abuse or neglect to the relevant authorities. These laws are in place to prevent children from being abused and to end any possible abuse or neglect at the earliest possible stage.
The official designation of which professions are considered mandated reporters varies somewhat from state to state. However, in most cases the definition concerns anyone who works closely with a vulnerable population, such as children or the elderly. This typically includes social workers, teachers, health care workers, child care providers, law enforcement, mental health professionals, and other educators and medical professionals, although certain states hold that all citizens are mandated reporters.

So, if Umar Johnson has credible reason to believe that Lenon Honor, or anyone else, is sexually preying on minors, why would Umar Johnson, as a mandated reporter, say that to Lord Jamar and not the police or other relevant authorities?

Probably because it's all garbage.  Yeah, I said it.

A Fraction of A Man

Damnitall to hell!  I was just here, minding my own business, progressing and enjoying my life! BUT... I've sat back and watch more of Umar Johnson with his lies, schemes, scams, disrespect, danger, hypocrisy, usury, foolery, fuckery, and disregard of Black people and I'm beyond sickened of what I'm seeing in this goddamned fool who supposedly has six degrees. Oh my God!  Where do I start? Weakness At this block party, there were people, supposedly the New Black Panther Party, allegedly had assault weapons pointing down at the crowd from a roof of the trap bandos.  From what I understand of the laws of Delaware concerning open-carry weapons, having open-carry assault weapons is illegal.   Thank the heavens that nothing happened.  But, that situation, in and of itself is dangerous, especially with women, children and elders present.  Why have that at a "family" oriented block party?  What was Umar Johnson expecting?  Did he really think he had the rig

Generic Order

Umar Johnson has been in and out of child support court for years.  He has many generic orders.  So many that I decided to do some research to find out what generic orders are in relation to child support. Here it is, as best as I could determine. In some states, a generic order means that the parent obliged to pay child support has no discernible means of income so minimum wage is implied and used for child support calculation. So, it seems, that since Umar Johnson doesn't have a job or other legitimate income, the child support court can't determine what, if any income he has in order to determine the amount of child support he should pay.  And if Umar goes to the child support court and claims he doesn't have a job (which wouldn't be a lie), Umar is paying little or no child support.
