This Is A Sign

Oh my goodness, good people, can't you see what is in front of you in plain sight?

Please take a look at the images below.

What does this look like to you?

I'll tell you what it looks like to me.

What is says to me is that Umar Johnson isn't very good at keeping records.  If he were keeping records, he would have the names and perhaps the email addresses of those who took their time and hard-earned money to donate to his phantom school.  The fact that he's asking people to dig up receipts tells me that Umar Johnson didn't keep proper records.

Remember, for at least some portion of time, Umar Johnson had a 501(c)(4), for which a Form990 is required.  Umar Johnson didn't complete the Form990 for three years in a row, which prompted an automatic revocation of the non profit status and the money counted as Umar Johnson's personal income.

Evidence of Umar Johnson's tax troubles

And, unless FDMG now has some legal or tax status, it doesn't exist as far as the law is concerned.  When I say "the law," I'm including the Department of Education.

Please, my smart and patient readers, tell me if I'm wrong about that.

Now here's the thing.

If Umar Johnson is so sloppy in his business dealings that he has to ask people to dredge up receipts on things that HE should have been keeping record of himself, if Umar Johnson is so sloppy in his business dealings that he refuses to show his donors documentation (likely because he has no documentation). if Umar Johnson is so sloppy in his business dealings that he hasn't bothered to apply for accreditation, if Umar Johnson is so sloppy that he couldn't do enough research to tell the Frederick Douglass lie "properly," then do you really trust him to be able to adequately run a school?

Just saying...

    1. Exactly, Creole. There is no legit reason for him to be accepting cash. However, if he does accept cash he should have a book of receipts so that he can provide the donors with a paper trail.
