A $400,000 Stay Out of Jail Card

The property located on 610-611 East 17th Street appears to be Umar Johnson's Stay Out of Jail Card.

Why do I say this?

Think about it.  After what Umar Johnson claimed was four years of searching for a school, after what Umar Johnson claimed was four years of fundraising.for a school, that legally, still doesn't exist, under the name of an entity that has a nonprofit status revoked, the best Umar Johnson could come up with is a toxic waste dump of a school property that has over 40 environmental hazards and 280-some sex offenders, not to mention over $50,000 in annual property taxes and almost $2 million in improvements needed.

THIS is the place Umar Johnson thinks is "heaven on earth" for Black males to attend school?

Really?

Or, is this Umar Johnson's $400,000 Stay Out of Jail Card?

Think about it.  GoFundMe is issuing refunds.  PayPal, as far as I know, is waiting for a subpoena.  Umar Johnson was desperate to look as if he was actually making moves toward opening a school that he bought this horrible property.

Umar Johnson never intended to open a school.  The school was merely a lure to get people to donate money.  This is one of the reason why Umar would claim he was looking for school in cities, countries or regions in which he was speaking.  This was designed to get people excited and want to donate more money.

This is money that Umar Johnson has steadfastly refused to give an account to his donors.  In fact, in the Mike Nice interview in Connecticut, he basically said that it was none of their business what he's done with the money, especially if they donated only a small amount.  He told Mike Nice, in essence, that he thinks his supporters are too stupid to read a business plan.  He told Mike Nice that his supporters didn't care about when the school was going to be started.

That is because he NEVER, EVER intended to open a school.

BUT...

Umar Johnson has GoFundMe on his behind.  They are going to Umar for the money to refund to those who are asking for refund.  F(amily), D(a ) M(oney)  G(one).  There is no money.  This is why Umar was selling pillows and has brought the pillows back to sell.

This is why, out of desperation, to keep from getting arrested, Umar Johnson had to buy that terrible property in Wilmington, DE.

A $400,000 Stay Out of Jail Card.

Well...

Umar Johnson is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

Because, we can only leave it to Umar Johnson to waste his $400,000 Stay Out of Jail Card by actually recording and posting a video of himself admitting to a federal crime.

Start at about 10:56 and listen all the way through.

Shout out to our good sister, Anti Afro Svengalis!

Umar made a video confessing that he drove from Philadelphia, PA to Wilmington, DE, crossing state lines, to go to a post office box to pick up those donation checks and money orders for FDMG.  Remember, FDMG has a REVOKED nonprofit status and hasn't been registered in the state of Delaware.

Wait a minute!

Y'all know that FDMG doesn't legally exist, right?

What a waste of a $400,000 Stay Out Of Jail Card!

  1. I don't believe that he paid 400k for one second. I think the owner and Jermaine are trying to scam each other. Jermaine is promising to buy the building if it appears he is the rightful owner with donations....and the owner is just milking him for whatever money he is giving them for that waste of a dump until he can no longer pay. No way in hell he paid 400k

    1. Hey Creole, you could be right and it certainly would explain, as brother Lenon says, about his lack of access to the inside of the building, except for that one time during which he filmed the "sell" video. Just like he did with St. Paul's College.

It just might be a case of more of the same. Just another day, just another scam.

If he did actually buy the building, and keep in mind, I wrote the post, pretending that what Umar says is true *laugh*, it still doesn't make sense, does it? Especially, as we know, he's been offered all sorts of things to make this school happen. From loans to land to financial services to credit repair, Umar turned them all down because he wasn't actually trying to start a school.

He couldn't keep milking it if he actually got it, right?

Now, he claims he has the property. But it isn't a school. Most people have absolutely no idea of what it takes to start and maintain a school. When I started looking into Umar Johnson closely, I did a LOT of reading, researching, asking questions, and reading and researching some more and still asking questions.

I've learned a lot in my research, and I'm sure I STILL don't know everything.

His idea of "heaven on earth" for Black boys is a contaminated waste dump? Is this how 10% of Black boys he deems to be unreachable will be put to sleep "FOR GOOD?" Who does he think will actually pay to send their child to this toxic waste dump of a school with no plan, no board, no outlined curriculum? No parent or guardian in his or her right mind would even consider this.

And of course, we know that the only reason he bought this property, or is trying to make it appear that he bought this property, is because GoFundMe, PayPal, the IRS and likely at least two more govermment agencies are on that azz!

      The mind continues to boggle.

Thanks for your support and thanks for the shouts out!

  2. I also do not believe Umar has any legal connection to this property. No way will I believe it unless/until he actually opens up a place which is freely covered with live footage with corresponding, legal documents.
