Oh, The Sacrilege...
There is a thing called shame. Although shame is seen as a negative emotion, shame has its place, in my opinion. The emotion of shame usually serves to put us in check. In other words, if one's behavior is worthy of shame, one will modify one's behavior as a result of being ashamed, mortified, or humiliated.
In other words, being ashamed of one's actions and behaviors serves to make one change their actions and behaviors because shame is a negative emotion. No one likes being ashamed.
In my view, Umar Johnson doesn't display the emotion of shame. He has no shame in his game.
The reason I know this is because he had the unmitigated gall to make a Facebook live video of him visiting and pouring libations on the graves of Booker T. Washington and Dr. George Washington Carver. Both Mr. Washington and Dr. Carver are laid to rest at Tuskegee University.
Ostensibly on his way from Atlanta, GA to Montgomery, AL, Umar Johnson stopped at Tuskegee University. He looked for the graves of Mr. Washington and Dr. Carver in order to pour libations. Libations poured to our ancestors is typically seen as a sign of respect and reverence.
Respect and reverence for our ancestors doesn't include lying.
Umar Johnson lies as a habit and even lies when he is pouring libations to our beloved and respected ancestors.
In the video linked here, Umar Johnson told the following lies:
GOING TO THE ANCESTORS TO LIE IS A SACRILEGE. And if Umar Johnson had any sense of shame, it would matter to him that he took time to record himself lying to Booker T. Washington, Dr. George Washington Carver, and continue to lie on the family of Frederick Douglass.
But who are we kidding. Umar Johnson has no shame.

- Umar Johnson lied about being related to the Bailey family. I'm confident that Umar Johnson knows that his father took a DNA test and there was no biological relationship to the Bailey family. Umar Johnson, nor his father, Jamal Johnson, has never shown any written records, like census records, marriage licenses or birth certificates.
- Umar Johnson claimed he is trying to build a school and that he can't even with $750,000 of donation money.
- Umar Johnson claimed that most of our children, specifically meaning Black boys, are suffering with misdiagnoses of being learning disabled, and ADHD when, statistically, it is White boys who are most likely to be diagnosed with a learning disability or with ADHD.
- Umar Johnson lied about being ready to have a school in August of 2019, just like he promised a school in August 2016, August 2017, and August 2018.

When I saw him preaching to those grave stones. I almost wet my pants LOL! This dude is a complete basket case!
ReplyDeleteNow, those Bailey "ancestors," Grandpa So-and-So and Grandma Such-and-Such, are NOT, I repeat, NOT his relatives. There MUST be a special punishment for going to grave sites and lying. Isn't there?
