Honey and Vinegar
We've all heard the expression that it's easier to catch flies with honey than with vinegar. And we all know what this means. But in case you don't know what this expression means, here's a quick explanation.
You will get further with people if you're respectful, nice, polite, etc. than if you're disrespectful, rude, mean etc.
Umar has both honey and vinegar. But Umar's honey is artificial and his vinegar is downright distasteful.
Umar Johnson is thoroughly unprofessional and downright abusive.
The unprofessional part, the "honey" part of of Umar Johnson's routine, among many is calling women "babe," "queen," "sweetheart," "beautiful," "goddess," etc., while sitting in a car.
To be fair, so to speak, Umar just might be sitting in a car because it's not like he has an apartment to sit in.
Now, I'm not relishing in any one's downfall. In fact, I'm quite concerned because the worse Umar Johnson's situation gets, the more desperate he will become...and has become.
This is where the vinegar, his abusiveness, comes in.
Umar Johnson thinks that if a Black parent doesn't know his website, there is something wrong with him or her.
But what's on Umar Johnson's website that is so important for a Black parent, or anyone, to know.
He's selling tickets to his speaking events. He's selling merchandise. He's selling the idea of a school that will never come to fruition. He's advertising organizations that don't legally exist. And he's lying.
How is any of that going to help a Black parent, or anyone for that matter?
I'll wait.
Umar Johnson calls people who ask if he's going to be live streaming his so-called "training," he calls them "you lazy-assed social network addicts." And of course, he doesn't want "the white man" to hear what he has to say.
Here we are with "the white man," again....while he's cursing at the the person who asked the question.
Well...
Umar has quite a nerve calling anyone lazy. And as to social media, Umar is also hypocritical because he's on social media denigrated others who are on social media.
Umar Johnson has someone attempting to "tap in" to one of his online diatribes. It seems that the person either had trouble or chose not to "tap in." He says that she must have a white boyfriend.
Oh?
How would Umar Johnson know that?
Of course he doesn't know if this person has a "white boyfriend." That was just some bullshit for him to say because things weren't going the way he wanted. Besides, what business is it of Umar Johnson if someone has a "white boyfriend?"
It's not his business and the fact that he would say that is just nonsense.
Umar Johnson accuses yet another person of having a "white boyfriend" because she didn't "tap in." Again, who would Umar Johnson know this?
It's not professional to mention, worry, or care the race of who someone is dating.
Another person who attempted to "tap in" was also accused of having a "white boyfriend."
He goes to check donations and mentions that he hasn't heard from St. Louis, MO or Kentucky and tells them to "stop being trifling."
That's all I could stomach. The reset of the video is linked below.

Exhibit #1 of Umar Johnson's abusiveness
But what's on Umar Johnson's website that is so important for a Black parent, or anyone, to know.
He's selling tickets to his speaking events. He's selling merchandise. He's selling the idea of a school that will never come to fruition. He's advertising organizations that don't legally exist. And he's lying.

Exhibit #2 of Umar Johnson's abusiveness
In the clip above, Umar Johnson tells a mother of a 6-year-old that he wants to "pull her fingernails out" because her child's school have an IEP for him. The sad part about it is that she smiles and laughs at him saying this to her.
This makes me wonder if we are collectively so accustomed to being mistreated that it doesn't even phase us when someone is being abusive towards us.
It may also point to the level of desperation of Umar Johnson.
Exhibit #3 of Umar Johnson's abusiveness
Umar Johnson calls people who ask if he's going to be live streaming his so-called "training," he calls them "you lazy-assed social network addicts." And of course, he doesn't want "the white man" to hear what he has to say.

Exhibit #4 of Umar Johnson's abusiveness

I found out from Ali the Sag, that she didn't even tap in to speak with Umar... He actually randomly clicks on people to join his live so perhaps these people were just listening to his livestream and didn't expect this fool to invite them to speak while he was recording.... this dude is pathetic and desperate.
