This Ninja Got More Excuses...You Know the Rest

This dude right here...my goodness.  Paraphrasing the infamous words of Laurence Fishburne as Ike Turner in the movie What's Love Got to Do With It...Umar Johnson has more excuses than a ninja going to jail.

Umar Johnson, in his narcissistic mindset (remember, a narcissist thinks everyone else is stupid), is once again attempting to justify his bull in regards to the never-meant-to-exist FDMG school.

What a clown!

Umar Johnson and his flunkies usually say that people who didn't donate don't have the right to ask questions.  But remember, when folks who have donated ask questions, he tells them they are too stupid to read a business plan because they "ain't even got a GED."  Umar Johnson is so filled with his stupidity and his narcissism that he doesn't consider potential donors, who, by the way, have every right to ask questions.

Excuse One -- Sabotage by "White Attorney"

According to Umar Johnson, everyone and his brother is out to get Umar Johnson and the invisible FDMG school.  From the "white attorney" who lied to him to the IRS who never served notice that FDMG was approved for tax exception, everyone is out to "get" Umar.

On a side note, did you all know that FDMG and NIBPA do not exist as legal entities?  On another side note, why didn't Mr. "Prince of Pan Africanism," Mr. Red Black and Green didn't hire a Black attorney?

Anyways, if nothing else, either Umar Johnson has no mind for business or Umar Johnson is a liar.  Or both.

Really, Umar Johnson has an "white attorney," who he doesn't name (of course), who lied to him?  Think about this.  An attorny that Umar Johnson supposedly paid for legal services lied to his/her client?

How ridiculous is this?

An attorney someone hires is supposed to be working in the interests of that someone.  After all he or she pays the piper calls the tune.

Why would any attorney who is working for Umar Johnson's interests be lying to Umar Johnson?  And, if this alleged "white attorney" lied to Umar Johnson, who is his/her client, why isn't Umar Johnson suing him/her?  Why didn't Umar Johnson report the alleged "white attorney" to the American Bar Association?  Why didn't Umar Johnson report the alleged "white attorney" to the Delaware Bar Association?

Excuse Two -- Sabotage by IRS

Did you know that if one has a non-profit, meaning a 501(c) with the IRS, it is required by law to make your books public?

Umar Johnson had a 501(c)(4) status from June, 2014 until May, 2017.  For approximately three years, Umar Johnson, while having the 501(c)(4) status did not report donation monies and what was being done with them.  This is why his non-profit status was automatically revoked in May of 2017.

Now it is possible that an organization can have its non-profit status re-instated.  However, there is a process to do this.

Umar Johnson said that the IRS didn't infomr him that he had a non-profit status.  Then, "mysteriously," the non-profit status was revoked.

Umar Johnson is a big fat liar.

Umar Johnson claims that the IRS neglected to inform him that his non-profit status was re-instated.  Really?  So, according to Umar Johnson, the IRS sabotaged him, too.

It seems that Umar Johnson would have one heck of a lawsuit if he can prove that the IRS neglected to do its job.  He needs an attorney and not the "white attorney" who is part of the Umar-sabotage cabel.

If he can't handle this, or have the sense to hire a competent individual to do this, he isn't going to open a school.

Excuse Three -- Sabotage by City of Wilmington, DE

According to Umar Johnson, the City of Wilmington doesn't have clarity on the meters attached to the building and that is why he hasn't paid any of the utility bills.  Now...here's the thing.  He went to Ghana when he KNEW the bills were coming.  After all, how could he not know that bills were coming.  So, why not, instead of taking a relatively expensive international trip, put the money aside in preparation for bills he knows are coming?

*Stage whispers*....because he never intended to open a school.

Excuse Four -- Trifling Black People

Well, you know Umar Johnson thinks Black folks are trifling.  He's said so many times in one form or another.  In the Umarian construct, Black folks don't have a right to ask questions if they haven't donated to his phoney-baloney school.  If you donated and ask him questions, then you are too stupid to read a business plan.  And let's not forget about Tay-Tay, Ray-Ray, and the rest of them who destroyed the abandoned buildings in Wilmington, DE.

Once again, I say, and I say again...UMAR JOHNSON IS NOT GOING TO OPEN A SCHOOl.  I say and I say again...UMAR JOHNSON NEVER INTENDED TO OPEN A SCHOOL.  I say and I say again...DO NOT GIVE UMAR JOHNSON A DIME OF YOUR MONEY.
