Well, well, well...it looks like Umar Johnson's brain isn't the only thing that appears to be vacant. It looks like, as of June 20, 2019, the properties located at 610-611 East 17th Street in Wilmington, DE are also listed as vacant . Yes, indeed, my good people. the properties are listed by the City of Wilmington as vacant. Yet, Umar Johnson went to Ghana, likely using the donation money people sent for a so-called school, and allowed himself to be video-recorded playing with monkeys and baboons . Meanwhile, Umar Johnson has yet to pay a utility bill and those nasty property taxes are on the horizon.
