For Sale? For Sale!

Well, well, well.  Umar Johnson stays lying.  This isn’t news.

He talked about considering selling the property located at 611 East 17th Street in Wilmington, DE.  In fact, he says he’s received an offer to sell the building.  But can someone say when he announced that the property was being put up for sale?

After all, no one can make an offer on a property that isn’t for sale.

Of course, Umar Johnson is going to ask you to keep him from selling the building by asking for $1 million dollars from his donors in the middle of a pandemic.  It's almost as if he is trying to extort money from people.

He then says that he wants to discuss this possibility on a podcast that folks need to pay for to hear what's happening.  However, Umar Johnson claims to be doing whatever he is doing under the auspices of a non-profit organization with the EIN 84-5179390.  Any information that relates to the non-profit is supposed to be publicly available information by law. Yet, Umar Johnson is demanding that people, if they want information about his non-profit organization, to pay for podcasts, which sounds illegal to me.

Anyway…

The property with the address 611 East 17th Street, Wilmington, DE is for sale according to
www.officespace.com. The Property ID is 1964846.

So...

There are a few possibilities as I see it.

Umar Johnson cannot pay the property taxes. So, to get out from under the property taxes, he is attempting to sell the building to cover the property taxes.  Any extra money is his to put in his pocket, perhaps via Sister Haneera.

For example, if the property taxes are $143,798.60 and he sells the property for $500,000, Umar Johnson can pocket $356,201.40.

The chances that the rat trap building is worth $500,000 is low but that just an example to illustrate the possibility.

Secondly, Umar Johnson clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.  He’s made a bunch of big promises that he cannot keep.  Selling at least one of the buildings will get him out from underneath this school scam to some degree because he can’t bring it to fruition. He certainly cannot bring this to fruition with donation money from poor Black folks on government aid during a pandemic.

I would argue that he NEVER intended to bring this to fruition.  He only intended to lie, scheme, scam, and pilfer and he only intended to do it in the Black community where we tend not to want to report our own people.

And Umar Johnson is doing this with OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY

Next, Umar Johnson has authorities bearing down on him.  I would bet money that the IRS, the FBI, the State Attorney General from Pennsylvania. the Pennsylvania Department of Education, not to mention various agencies and entities from Delaware are on to him.  It's a possibility that he could take whatever money he has and make a run for it to another country, say, in Africa.  I don't know how much of a possibility this is but it's a possibility, especially if he has women who are already in Africa assisting him.
