The Big Popa Circus -- UPDATE

Step right up to the Big Popa circus!

Step right up, Folks!  Come and see the Big Popa Circus!! But be careful, my good people because, if you actually believe anything that Umar Johnson, Jermaine Shoemake, also known as "Big Popa" (NOT the Notorious B.I.G.), says, you....

Umar Johnson has lost his mind?

I'll be relying on my fellow Anti Fraud Warrior, and your defacto tour guide through the Big Popa Circus, the good brother known as Make A Change.  He'll be helping us point out all the exhibits you need to see in order to see that we are indeed in the Big Popa Circus.

Now, Umar Johnson has claimed that the IRS never informed him that he once had a non profit status on his fairy-tale school.  This is not true.  How do we know?

Well, let's have a look at Exhibit A in the Big Popa Circus in which he was asking Jay-Z and Puffy/Puff Daddy/P Diddy/Diddy/Brother Love/Sean Combs for a check to buy a property, saying that FDMG had tax exempt status back then.

Of course, we know that Umar Johnson lies like the rest of us blink and breathe.  And he lied on the city of Wilmington, DE, when he claimed that they gave him tax exemption on the traphouse buildings.  Now, anyone with half a brain knows that the non-profit status comes from the IRS, but no matter.  When you're in the Big Popa Circus, lies are the truth and the truth are lies.

According to Umar Johnson, the ringmaster of the Big Popa Circus, the white closing attorney who facilitated the sale of the traphouse buildings to Umar Johnson, sabotaged him.  Big Popa, the Prince of Pan Africanism, worked with a white lawyer?

Well, I suppose anything and everything is possible in the big tent at the Big Popa Circus.

The final exhibit, at least for the time being, is the exhibit in which the ringmaster, Umar Johnson, has done the most ridiculous trick of all.  He's claimed that he's re-gained the non-profit status that he lost that he didn't know he had.

I know, I know, it's all can get quite confusing in the world of the Big Popa Circus.  It can get so confusing that sometimes even the ringmaster can't keep up with himself, so he lies on his lies.  So for the so-called six years that people were donating to his fairy-tale school, there was no tax exemption even though the tax exemption was auto-revoked in May of 2017?  So when people donated back in 2014, they couldn't claim the donation as a tax deduction donation even though he HAD the non-profit status in 2014?

It seems that anything is possible at the Big Popa Circus!

Now, to be fair to the lead clown and ring master of the Big Popa Circus, Umar Johnson, the auto-revocation shown was last updated on September 6, 2019, so it is possible that the tax exemption status was reinstated, but knowing what we know about Big Popa's propensity to lie....well...we'll just wait and see.

Because, when one enters the big tent of the Big Popa Circus, the price of admission is the suspending logic, letting go of reason, forgetting about common sense, and, of course, handing over your money.

UPDATE

Umar Johnson claimed that his non-profit status was re-instated.  That isn't true (big surprise).  The EIN number under which Umar Johnson lost his 501(c)(4) status is 46-5707643.  Note in the picture below, from the IRS website, that there IS no reinstatement date.

Umar Johnson managed to slightly change the name of his "school," as well as the location to Wilmington, DE, to get a new EIN number.  The new EIN number is 84-5179390 as shown below.

So, no, the non-profit status that he said he never knew he had was NOT re-instated.  He somehow got a new EIN number.

As our good sister, Anti Afro Svengalis says:  BUYER BEWARE!
