Umar lies like the rest of us blink and breathe.  He lies so much, one could almost set one's watch by his lies.  

The latest?

Well, there are two.

Lie #1

Umar can't find the blueprints to the traphouse buildings in Wilmington, DE.

I call bullshit.  Umar Johnson himself says that he found the drawing to the gymnasium.  Guess what?  It seems that if there are architectural drawings, the name of the architect and/or the name of the architectural firm would be on those drawings. 

So, if that is true, it would seem that Umar could look up the architect(s) and/or architectural firm and get the drawings for the rat trap buildings in Wilmington, DE.

Umar took possession of the property in early February, 2019.  Now, all of a sudden, he starts looking for blueprints in May of 2020?

Does that even seem reasonable?

Now, as I understand it, even if Umar has the blueprints, he would have to have new drawings to submit for permits and make bid packages for the contractors to submit their bids.

In addition to his claim of having the blueprints for the gym, which should have the name of the architect(s) and/or the architectural firm, Umar Johnson, the most requested scholar, should be able to do a Google search for the name of the the architect(s) and/or the architectural firm that should be on the blueprints he actually claims to possess.

Well, guess what.  A YouTuber named Rex Richardson did and found that a firm in Delaware called Casale Construction did some work for these now traphouse buildings when they were Moyer Academy.  If Umar did this and found the name of this firm, he could simply call them and ask them if they have the drawings.  Actually, Umar could have done this before February of 2019.  But he waits until May of 2020 to start complaining about blueprints?

PUH-LEASE!

Lie #2

Umar Johnson has seemingly obtained a tax exempt status for this fairy tale school.  He did this by changing his location from Philadelphia, PA to Wilmington, DE and slightly changing the name of the organization.

The name of the organization when Umar was in Philadelphia, PA was Frederick Douglass & Marcus Garvey RBG Leadership Academy (FDMG Academy).  The EIN was 46-5707643.  It is under this EIN that the tax exempt status was revoked for failure to file the Form 990 three years in a row.

Notice that the Frederick Douglass & Marcus Garvey RBG Leadership Academy (FDMG Academy) never got its non-profit status reinstated.  To do so, Umar would have to fill out the Form990 for the three years necessary.  

Instead, Umar Johnson managed to get a new EIN, 84-5179390, along with a new name and location.  The "new" name is Frederick Douglass Marcus Garvey Leadership Academy and, of course, the new location is Wilmington, DE.

So, where is the lie? The lie is in the lack of reporting of what happened to all the money he was getting in donations under the old EIN, not to mention the money he's collected between the loss of the tax exempt status and the gaining of the new EIN.  That money, it seems, has disappeared into thin air except for the purchase price of the rat trap buildings in Wilmington, DE, for which Umar Johnson cannot get the electricity turned on 15 months after acquiring the property.  This doesn't include what is owed for property taxes.  At the very least, getting the new EIN while still not reporting the prior income is deceptive. At the most, it shows that Umar Johnson is either scamming or incompetent - or BOTH.
