If Umar was President of Black America...

Okay, you all, if there was such as thing as a nation of Black American Africans, also known as Black folks who live in the United States, a nation within a nation, if you will, would Black American Africans elect Umar Johnson as its president?

Let's look at a partial list of his "platform," if you please.

He would issue a slate of "executive orders" (like Donald Trump?)  Among the executive orders are:

1. Require all black organizations to hold their conferences at HBCUs.
2. Black scholars and/or teachers who give lectures, sells books and/or DVDs and don't belong to an organization that does practical work will be labeled as an intellectual con artist.
   
   Oh?
   
3. Every black child in special education must be re-evaluated and if she or he has been misdiagnosed, the school psychologist, the teacher, the principal, the special education liaison will be fired and the parents would lose 1/2 a month pay.
4. All ex-offenders, as long as he/she doesn't get in any legal trouble in 2 years, their record would be temporarily expunged and if the ex-offender stays clean for 5 years, the record would be permanently expunged.  The only definite exceptions would be sex crimes and pedophilia for which those guilty will stay in prison forever.
   
   Murder would be taken on a case by case basis, especially in cases of alleged self-defense.
   
5. Unmarried black men will pay a tax and black women would pay a weave tax.  The longer the weaved hair, the higher the tax.  He even proposes a policing arm, called the AGG (African Guards of Garvey) to pull up on women randomly to ask if they have paid their weave tax.
   Can someone please explain to me why Umar seems do fixated on Black women's hair?
   
   Notice that he doesn't wish to exact a tax on how many out of wedlock children a single man has.  And yes, I'm throwing shade.
   
   But don't be concerned about Umar because his queen and FDMG are coming.  I noticed that he spoke of this as if his "queen" and the school has some interrelationship.  *SHRUG*
   
   OH!
   
   Anyone who is married to someone outside of the race will also pay a tax.
   
   As a side note, he want to charge his so-called relatives, the Baileys, because they are lying on him being related to Frederick Douglass.  They should be locked up!  He has the proof!  He's ready to present the proof of his relationship to Frederick Douglass and proof about FDMG to a Council of Elders, not to mention to GoFundMe, but he's not ready to present the proof to the people. Interesting.
6. Every high school must re-implement trade, industrial and building programs and students must be licensed upon graduation.  If this is not the case the principal will be fired.
7. Those who are deemed coons or sellouts will have their picture published in the Black newspaper he would have.  But Umar doesn't say what the criteria is for being a "coon" or a "sellout."
   
   Pay attention to the "confession" (?) from 42 minutes and 39 seconds through 44 minutes and 52 seconds.
   
   But there's more!
8. Black celebrities making $1 million or more will pay a tax to build up credit unions and banks, as well as finance a National Black Awards every year.  Umm...
   
   Gangsta rappers will also incur a tax for putting out filth...eventually, President Umar will ban gangsta rap.  But why ban something that would generate revenue?
9. Every Black person must pay a re-development tax so that the tax will fund Black banks, Black supermarkets, Black hospitals and Black schools.
10. Black engineers will be on a task force to design an automobile, create a factory (and jobs) to build it.  All black people who do not drive the Black-engineered car will be fined up to the cost of the car they actually drive.
11. Black scientists will be called to test ground in Black communities all over the country to see if there is toxic wastes in the ground where Black folks live.
12. There will be an Office of Elderhood in every city where Black folks are so that there are people to check in on our elders to be sure they are alright...and to have an opportunity to let children be around them to learn our history.
    
    Actually, this isn't a bad idea.  So why not just do it instead of waiting on Umar and his "executive orders?"
