I get it now.  I see why the state of Pennsylvania has a problem . After all, at least according to Umar Johnson, Philadelphia alone has thousands of therapists practicing without licenses .  So, if the state of Pennsylvania has that, the state may not see anything wrong with Umar Johnson and what he is doing. Remember, the hearing officer is an attorney, not a mental health provider.  It's clear that she doesn't understand the norms, standards and regulations of the mental health field.  If she did have a working knowledge of the mental health field, she would know that one who claims to be a therapist or a psychologist is supposed to have a license. This is significant because the hearing officer unequivocally stated that it is clear that Umar Johnson does not have a license. I continue to be very sorry that good, well-intended people who believed that they were helping our children by donated to Umar Johnson's phony-baloney school. Says he was accepted into a small law school in central Florida about 10 years ago.  NOTE that he doesn't name the school. Says he turned down the law school because he was working on his internship for his doctorate in clinical psychology.  NOTE that there is no record of Umar Johnson being an psychology intern and even said that he didn't need an internship because he "knew more" than Black doctors of psychology already, in the same video where he threatened to ' King Kong Conscious ' some of our elders.
